Great so far! Installed easily and warms the towels on a timer so I don’t have to think about it in the morning!

Not so “smart” towel warmer. Too small.
Okay product. Functionality isnt what I had hoped for. No way to change temperature to Fahrenheit (only displays Celsius). No way to set a schedule or to remotely turn the fixture on. I was hoping for this product to be more automation friendly. I wish I could set it similarly to my coffee maker. That is to have it turn on automatically every morning before I wake up.The fixture is smaller than perceived originally. I can only fit one bath sheet comfortably.Installation was almost a nightmare. I don’t know why the manufacturer can’t make the small effort to include a mounting template. The pilot holes must be drilled perfectly (with absolute zero forgiveness or margin of error. ). If your pilot holes are literally 1/8″ off square then the unit will not mount. “Measure twice – drill once” as they say.The instructions were ill conceived and poorly translated. The illustration was a joke and poorly printed. Ignore all the reviews stating “installation was easy”. I gaurentee they were not the ones who actually installed the fixture.Note to manufacturer: please include mounting template in the future. And consider rewriting the instructions including an improved illustration step work. The end user should have the ability to change the temperature reading between Fahrenheit or Celsius.If I could do it all over?I’d elect to purchase a larger fixture that can accommodate more than one towel. I’d also buy a unit that has automation settings or even IOT Functionality allowing users to remotely control the unit.For 135$- I’d recommend you buy a different, more improved fixture with more functionality with a larger form factor. Wall mounted towel warmer
I have been looking for a towel warmer for a long time that will work in my small bathroom.The laundry basket shaped ones are easy to find but I just don’t have the space to have it in the bathroom, so finding this wall mounted one was great as I was able to easily install it behind the bathroom door.Installation was actually pretty easy. The instructions were fairly clear and once I got started it was easy to see the whole process. One thing to note is that I initially thought I was missing some screws, but they were already attached to the metal posts instead of in the hardware bag with everything else.I appreciate that there’s the option to hardwire it, which would be nice, but I’m in an apartment and having the plug option was great.Using it is as easy and pushing the digital ON button and it starts heating up. I can choose the temperature and the length of time that it will heat, and there’s plenty of space on the rack for several towels.There’s a shelf that can fold horizontally at the top to give more space which is where I put my slippers (upside down) or my thick night socks to warm up as well.I have actual linen towels (not cotton) and they heat up very fast, so I haven’t needed to set it for more than 1 hour.The instructions say it can be used to dry things, which I think would be nice for my merino stuff, as I never put that in the dryer. Some of my merino clothes articles are thicker and having them dry faster would be really handy.Overall, I really like this wall mounted towel warmer and I’m excited to have it going into winter. The only thing I’d change it the color, I do wish I could’ve gotten it in polished nickel or gold or champagne bronze, but as it’s behind the door it doesn’t really matter so much the color.

This may be the dumbest installation process ever invented
So this towel warmer does work. You can count on that. I tried it out. It does warm up.What it doesn’t do is allow you to install it. This is the absolute most ridiculous installation process anyone could ever come up with. It’s like they were trying to make it absolutely impossible. For starters there are 8 pieces to the hanging process. 16 if you include screws. 20 if you include wall anchors.Then–THEN–one of those pieces is a completely different size, shape, and position as the other three anchor parts. It’d almost–ALMOST–be forgiveable if they included some kind of wall template so you can mark where these things are supposed to go. They don’t. And you have to measure EXACTLY because the fitment has absolutely no adjustment; the towel bar MUST line up with the wall parts.Yes, the towel bar heats up. I’ve installed several others. Find a different one.
