Saw these at my nieces on a visit and ended up purchasing 5 of them! They work perfectly every time. Be sure to purchase the more liquid ind of soap for refills as the more gel kind won’t work.

Stopped working after 6 months
I bought 3 of these, and 2 of them stopped working within 6 months. The product says it has a 1-year warranty, but the seller never replied to my messages.Updated Review:At first, I had trouble with two of the dispensers not working properly. The charging light came on, but the device wouldn’t operate after unplugging.After contacting Laopao’s support team, they explained that the dispenser does not charge with a USB-C to USB-C cable. You need to use a regular USB plug with the included cable. Once I tried that and followed their instructions (holding the power button for a few seconds), it finally started working.There were a few confusing points at first — especially since the charging port looks like USB-C — but their customer service was very responsive and helpful.Everything seems to be working fine now, so I’m satisfied with the result.

Stop working in a month
I was really happy when I first got this automatic soap dispenser — it worked great and was very convenient. Unfortunately, it stopped working just a little over a month later. I contacted the seller, but their responses were very slow, and they kept asking me to try things that clearly didn’t fix the problem.I genuinely enjoyed the product when it worked, but it’s disappointing and feels misleading if it only lasts such a short time. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the durability improves.

Perfect
This product was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted something with functionality that was touchless for easy use with kids. The size is great slightly taller than a regular bottle of hand soap. Gives out the perfect amount of soap each use. And easy to refill. charge last forever. Only charged once since receiving it. Had it two months now. Looks good in our kitchen and we get lots of compliments. Great value for your money. Get you one.

Simply Better Than SimpleHuman
I started out buying one of these dispensers to see if they were any good and any better than the overpriced SimpleHuman foaming dispenser. Suffice it to say I now own 4 Laopaos, and I”ll probably never buy another SimpleHuman dispenser again.For years I tried getting SimpleHuman’s Foaming soap dispenser to work. It never worked well, and after a while the battery would just give out in them. And it was double the price of this Laopao soap dispenser.This dispenser is really great and does a nice job making foam. The recharge process is easy and clear, and it comes with accessories and directions for cleaning between uses.The other amazing thing is their support. I recently had a question and got a response and a custom support video posted to YouTube to help me with my issue, which actually ended up resolving itself.

I don’t know why this dispenser turns itself off. It happens even couple of times a day. Then you have to turn it back on then it will “automatically” dispense soap.What’s the point of the automatic function of you have to turn it on multiple times a day. Bad design. Never encountered this before in an “automatic” soap dispenser

Excellent soap dispenser. It’s been in use at the kitchen sink for almost 3 months and I have yet to recharge it. The style is sleek and modern and you can see how much soap is left through the glass bottom. There are 2 dispense amount options; closer to the nozzle gives a small amount and a larger amount farther away. Note that there is no charge block included, only a cable.
