Looks great!
I redid my bathroom with a stand alone soaker tub and wanted something that was a little different for the faucet. I loved how it looked so much more in person, pictures did it no justice. I love as the tub fills and the wand is perfect to rinse out leftover bubbles or for cleaning. It was made of very nice material, not cheap plastic!! The only gripe I have is once you use the wand, it takes several minutes of shaking to get to to stop dripping water after it is turned off. Otherwise I love the faucet 💕💕💕💕

Very pleased with faucet. Looks great, easy install and functional.
The only “issue” is how much water comes out of shower head once you turn it off. My plumber warned me to make sure I let it drain before placing it back on stand. This is common to this type of free standing unit and not a malfunction.

Looks and works well, needs some skilled installation
Looks nice and functions well. Installation takes some skill. The feet have a tight tolerance between the trim ring, so depending on how your mounting to the floor, you have to keep your dimensions less than 1/4 inch. Not a problem for most. Also, I put heavy backing below the subfloor and replaced the hardware with longer heavy duty hardware with 1/4-20 blind nuts. It’s super solid with no change of failure. I also used lock tight on the joints on the tube tower.Also bought an after market shower head for it with different spray settings. The head that comes with it is much nicer looking.Overall looks and functions well. We like it.

beautiful tub filler
My husband and I recently redid our master bathroom and we put in a footed bathtub that we would need a tub filler for as opposed to a mounted faucet. I usually bathe my youngest in my bathroom and she has very long hair so I wanted to have the hand shower attachment. It works great, the flow and temperature are easy to adjust. My only complaint is that it does take a couple minutes for the water to drain from the hand shower after setting it back to the faucet or shutting it off completely but that is so minor it’s not worth the removal of stars. I love the setup, it just looks stunning in my bathroom.

Design flaw makes installation impossible
The internal feed lines arrive not attached to the faucet. This is because the opening in the base is too small to run the bottom connectors through, so you need to run the lines through from the bottom (the idea of actually assembling an item before sale is alien to these manufacturers). Once you feed the lines through the base and the body, you discover that they are too short to reach the head unless everything is screwed together. But if everything is screwed together YOU CAN’T ATTACH THE FEED LINES TO THE FAUCET. Strangely, the last six inches of the lines are packaged separately. If they were just one long line, there would be enough slack to assemble the whole unit. Alas, this last totally unnecessary design addition torpedoed the whole project. Now I have to find another unit that is designed differently internally, which is impossible to determine from these listings, all of which look the same and at this price point are probably made in the same factory with fictitious brand names to give me the illusion of choice. I guess I have to spend 10 times as much just for the security of a Moen. Oh how I miss the days when big box stores actually carried what I needed on site do I could eyeball problems before I paid for them.

My plumber just installed this faucet. It looks beautiful, but is leaking in 2 places, from the diverter and from the spray handle. I just sent a message to the seller last night for a replacement (it is past the 30 days return due to timing of the bathroom Reno and when the plumber could install). I will keep you posted on how the seller handles this. Hopefully a smooth exchange with a properly working faucet and quickly otherwise it will cost me more money to have the plumber have another service call.
