Good Switches Easy Setup
These three-way switches look and work great, are affordable, and are simple to install in a modern standard sized switchbox. They also eliminate the need for the second or third ‘add on switch’ that some name brand smart switches require in a three or four way circuit which greatly contributes to their value and ease of installation. If you have a more compact box you may want to measure first before jumping in as these are a bit bulky and of course you will need a neutral wire.The swipe to dim design is intuitive, and responsive. They play well with Smart Things, Alexa, and Google Home. I also really like their combination fan and light controllers for rooms with ceiling fans which eliminate the need for seperate switches and therefore can actually save space in the switchbox.I’ll be buying more of these to complete my smart home project.

Nice looking switch, just not flawless functionality
I’ve bought other treatlife smart switches before and am fairly experienced with installing and using their products. For this product, it works fine and have no issues with connectivity or anything, I just find myself slightly annoyed at using the actual dimmer. I like the appearance, but using your finger to slide up and down the switch is either way too sensitive or not sensitive at all. It takes me several tries with my finger to get the level of brightness that I am looking for every time. You can also just place your finger on the level where you want it to go instead of dragging your finger, but again I feel like the sensitivity could be better. Maybe I would’ve liked their other 3-way dimmer which is more button clicks instead of a slide, which is more similar to their fan/light dimmer switch combo which is what I have elsewhere all over the house.Also, as I keep buying these switches, I feel like standard building code is going to need to require larger gangboxes behind the switches, as these take up a LOT of space compared to regular switches. I have this on a 3 switch box, this being the second smart switch out in. I had to jam this in, there is no way that the 3rd and last switch in this box could ever be a smart switch as there is no room left!Yes of course I can just use the app or Alexa but I feel that only should be used if your already laying down, I am paying for hardware here, software costs you nothing.

Would have earned 5 stars if this wasn’t a replacement for the exact same switch installed a little more than a year ago. Surprisingly the mechanical on/off switching failed. Wifi, app, dimming and even holding the switch down to reset the device all worked perfectly. Looks like old school operation of this switch was not the priority when designed or I was just unlucky.
