Excellent Quality with 2 Quirks
We’ve been using this shower head for several weeks now. Initial impressions are: The shower head is well made and was obviously so upon opening the package. You can feel the quality of the material as you remove it from the packaging. Installation wasn’t difficult at all. Toon about 20 minutes. As a note, some reviews mention that the shower head moves around and won’t stay upright. Others mention that the top isn’t level with the ceiling. If you encounter the first issue, go back and read the I stallation instructions BC you’ve done something wrong. On the second point, this is true, but has more to do with the angle of the pipe coming out of the wall than the shower head. Luckily mine was level when I stalled. Functionally: The shower head is great! It provides wide coverage from the main shower head and the water pressure is great. The hand held portion is also great. I’d say the water pressure is 2-3X what my last shower head provided. Overall I’d recommend it. There are only 2 things that I consider to be “bad” in my opinion. First – The shower head buttons that come from water flow to the main shower head and hand held sprayer will be very high after installation. For my wife, who is 5’2, she can’t reach these easily. Secondly – The handheld sprayer is designed to swivel and move around, which on paper sounds great, but in practice it wasn’t implemented correctly. The design prevent the handheld from being angled downward toward the floor BC the filter and bracket prevent it from going back far enough. As a result, you must leave this off unless your holding it, otherwise it sprays the top of the wall in the shower, which will definitely cause the drywall to get wet. To the manufacturer, you should provide an extension pipe to allow the shower head to be installed lower so shorter people can reach it and also adjust the handheld bracket so it can be angled more toward the floor when it is docked. Again, both of those things considered, I’d buy this again in a heartbeat.

Very good, easy to fix leaks when they occured
Great shower head and as someone mentioned, don’t install the water savers, you get a great “hard rain” sensationOriginally the unit was leaking at the ball bearing of the rain shower head, took it apart and was happy to see easy components, nothing complicated. Was able to fix the leak ( picture attached )Fit just right, took about 10 minutes total time, installing the old and the new, best part about this one is the filter, VERY EASY to swap out, our old one had a base that needed to be detached from the pipe. This one has a better connection and is solid!Will recommend

I Love It! Wish I had an entire ceiling like this. The Water Is Amazing. It Really Is A Great Shower Head. Easy To Put in. (Just make sure your ceiling is high enough if you are tall) I am 6’2 and it stretches just far enough and my ceiling is thankfully high enough. I can Stand up under it.

Need to know!
This is a great shower system with one EXCEPTION…the ring that is suppose to tighten around the shower arm cannot be tightened enough to keep it from “spinning”. If you balance the shower head just right and are very gentle when you go to switch from the shower head to the handled it won’t “flip”, but if you use too much force, the shower will flip to the opposite side you are applying pressure to.Other than that, it’s very easy to install and the rain head is a nice size and the pressure is good.Thank goodness this is in my guest shower.Happy Showering!

Nice rainfall shower.
Good product, works well and looks good, I got the brushed nickel. The instructions could be a little clearer, but overall not hard to install. The wrench that comes with is a nice thought, but it doesn’t actually fit any of the nuts, so make sure you have your own wrench.

This is, by far, the best shower head I’ve ever owned! I don’t know why I didn’t purchase sooner. Super easy to install, looks great, simple to operate, and the rain shower head coupled with the handheld sprayer takes your shower experience to a different level!

Indoor rain is wonderful!
No regrets. No second thoughts. This shower head is fantastic. I am tall, and the adjustable stem provides more than enough clearance for comfortable, relaxing and complete shower. Installation was easy and took about 20 min to remove the old and install the new. All needed tools are included: wrench, allen wrench, plumber’s pipe thread tape. Water filter included.

No product support , No 1 year warranty
Was an amazing shower head until the hose started falling apart with no way to contact the seller for a replacement . Very disappointing that there is no real product support. If purchased from any box store, it would come with a one year warranty. This went defective in six less than six months.
