I originally purchased a similar shower head a couple of days earlier, but it arrived with an installation defect that caused water to spray out of the mechanism. While uninstalling and reinstalling it, the finish was damaged, so I returned it and replaced it with this model and I’m glad I did. This one is easily ten times better.It cost about $40 more, but it was absolutely worth it. The packaging was excellent, and it came with every accessory needed for installation. I’m new to installing shower heads, and even I found this one very easy to set up. I assembled everything on my bed, tightened the joints using a cloth to protect the finish, then mounted the entire unit to the main arm pipe in one step. The kit included plenty of pipe tape — I only needed one of the three rolls provided. I also installed a new arm pipe, and the whole process took about 15 minutes.The water pressure is outstanding. The power wash feature is extremely strong!!!!!I recommend aiming it downward before turning it on. Switching between spray modes is smooth and effortless, and there are zero leaks. The overall build quality is far superior to the cheaper model I tried before.I could only upload a single video for review so I took stills of the prior product for comparison. Hopefully this helps you make your decision.

Good waterfall shower head and wand. With a few modifications to suit your setup and needs, it can be great.I see quite a few negative reviews which in my opinion, are unwarranted.The shower is extremely easy to install and you can adjust the height to your liking with the gears in the joints feeling well made. I didn’t have any leaks at any of the connection points. If you use the washers, you’re not going to have any leaks, and if you’re worried about leaks, use Teflon tape (which I did as a precaution, in some points but not in others).Don’t over-torque if you’re using the filters, and hand-tighten the filter to its connection points. Definitely don’t install the filter at the shower arm as these filters are made of plastic and won’t be able to handle the shower head’s weight, and will crack.The build of the shower head is heavy and feels quality.I’ve only been using this shower for a couple of weeks so only time will tell if there are any issues.Shower wand is convenient to have. If you don’t like where it’s located, just screw in the wand hose without using the adjustable shower head holder that this comes with. You can just buy a suction shower head/wand holder and put the wand where you’d like.Waterfall shower feels insanely good (especially when coming from a traditional shower head, in my opinion).Regarding the water pressure, just remove/don’t install the flow restrictor and you’ll have great water pressure.Get it.Tis all 🤷🏻♂️

This showerhead is magical.It is easy to install as I did it myself with no help . The pressure is just right and the handle stays puts, doest fall over or anything. No leakage so far and no issues with its sturdiness.The rainfall affect is heavenly when showering , feels amazing.

The shower head and extension are good, but I wish there was a little more flexibility with adjusting the valve that connects the water line with the shower head. I have one that points straight downward so had to maneuver a little to get this connected. However, once installed it works well and doesn’t drip. Nice and easy to adjust the head to make it taller. Would be cool if the extension rods were just a few inches longer. I know it adds weight, but it’d be helpful.

I read several reviews before I buy a product I don’t know much about . I’ve read a fair amount of reviews that mentioned leaks . I don’t know what they did during install but I used the supplied thread tape on all necessary fittings and wah lah . This shower head and wand is phenomenal. I love the pressure from the wand and the gentle consistency when using the rain head . Stop looking. Buy this amazing upgrade now.

Hibbent Rainfall Shower Head-What’s Not To Love!
This is better than I even expected. I had it installed by a plumber only because the existing showerhead was impossible to remove. It took the plumber no time at all and he remarked that he has installed others, but this Hibbent Showerhead even supplied the install tools and extra washers, etc. It works perfectly, looks better than other similar showerheads and I love it! I have researched thoroughly and most of the competition costs from $200 to more than $500. I guarantee you will be very happy with this Hibbent Rainfall Shower Head with the attached handheld sprayer. You have a choice of a round handheld or a narrow long handle, which is the one I chose. It is powerful enough to clean your entire shower. (BTW, if you experience dripping from the handheld when shower is turned off, my plumber told me to expect that until the water has drained from the hose. Just a few minutes. It is not a leak!)

OK, at first the price made me think it was going to feel cheep and flimsy when I got it. I was so wrong.This unit is very well made for the price. Every part is crome plated brass and not a cheap design either.The 12 inch rain shower head, heavy and solid. Perfectly polished, clean edges and no blemishes. The silicon drip nozzles are even soft and easy to replace (they ship extras with unit).Rain head is attached to an adjustable arm with easy to turn elbow nuts, just the right size for leverage, but not too large to look ugly. This allows for easy adjustment to place the head at the perfect spot above you.The three way switch has a soft and easy rotation requiring no effort to turn, with a click stop at each position. Feels like true quality.Long hose for second handheld spray head is soft and flexable, covered in a good stainless sleeve. Not the highest quality, but very good and looks nice.The rest of the attaching hardware is nicely finished, looks like a quality product. Only thing is it looks small in places, but water pressure and flow was better than I expected. I could use both at same time and not loose pressure or volume (I do have a submerged well pump with 60psi and pressure tank).It looks like a lot of tubes running around at first. This all washes away as soon as the full flow or water washes over you and envelopes you in a warm rain water type of feeling. Not too much water that you feel suffocated and can’t breath, but a gentle full coverage feeling to warm you all over.This type of setup, with the 12 inch rain head is one of the best I’ve seen and used, in hotels or friends houses. This is a quality unit. Solid and well built. The perfect size rain head and such quality hardware. Specially in the feel of the selector switch.You will love it, specially at this price!!My only negative is the spray head. Great build, just wish it was round and easier to hold onto. Good thing I still have the original high quality one that attaches easy and works with the system perfectly.Highly recommend for the quality and price.

Purchased the Hibbent a few months ago and I must say for the price it is a bargain. High quality parts. All you need is proper tools, and take your time when installing. Pay special attention to the water flow savers for your region when installing. I live in Canada and the Hibbent also includes water savers for California, which restricts water flow. Be sure the choose the right one. It was a bit confusing at first but eventually I figured it out.It took about me about a couple of hours to install. Love the adjustable height this kit offers and the extra shower wand is excellent. It offers an adjustable stream to flush off shampoo, or soap in hard to reach areas. There is also a jet setting to flush the bathttub after showering. Be careful as the stream is really powerful.The large waterflow head is simply amazing. Almost like showering in an Amazon rainfall. (no pun intended). Water feels so soft, yet it engulfs you, thanks to the large 10″ shower head. Simple to operate. Highly recommended.

Ça vient avec certaines pièces de remplacement si jamais vous avez a les remplacer! Toutes les pièces sont de qualité en métal, aucun plastique!! Le plus important c’est le sentiment en prenant la douche.. vous allez vous sentir littéralement comme en dessous de la pluie! Excellent shower head to make it rain in your bathroom.Instructions are easy to follow. Installation was a breeze. The kit comes with 3 rolls of Teflon tape. I now have plenty of that on hand given that the instructions called to use 6+ feet per connection. I only needed a couple of wraps which amounted to about a quarter of one roll. Once installed, I confirmed that the joints, shower head and wand were all functioning properly. The real test was in its use. Loved it! If you are looking to install a rain maker shower head, this is a fantastic product!I may yet change the shower head in my second bathroom to one of these units.
