Disappointing
I returned this item. It literally broke in half at the handle upon the third or fourth hit with the supplied mallet. Disappointing.

Helpful Floor Gap Repair Tool, Works but Takes Some Practice
I’m giving this Saker laminate flooring gap repair kit a four-star rating. Overall, it’s a useful tool, but it requires some patience and skill; it’s not the kind of tool that will perfectly solve all problems in one go. The kit includes a suction cup puller and a rubber mallet, mainly used to address gaps in floating floors, laminate floors, or some engineered wood floors. The tool’s design is sound and it does have a certain effect. First, the advantages: the suction cup has good suction on clean, flat floor surfaces. As long as the floor surface is clean and free of dust or oil stains, it stays firmly attached and won’t easily detach when pulled. Used in conjunction with the rubber mallet, it can effectively adjust floors that have gradually shifted, and is quite effective for minor to moderate gaps. The rubber mallet is gentle on the floor surface and doesn’t easily leave noticeable marks, which is a big plus. The tool’s overall structure is simple and perfectly adequate for home use, requiring no additional power tools. The reason for deducting one star is that it requires certain floor surface conditions and user skill; it’s not effective on all types of flooring, and the results depend largely on the operator’s experience. If you expect a completely “seamless repair” in one go, you might be disappointed; but if you want to significantly improve the gaps yourself and reduce the unsightly appearance that bothers you, then it can definitely help.

Let the buyer beware!
This item does not deserve any stars. It didn’t draw ANY suction at all, even when wetting the floor and soaking the tool in warm water for about 10 minutes. Extremely disappointed.
