Great customer service. I bought this laser level and another similar one from the same brand but the non-level alarm beep stopped working on one of them about 8 months after purchase. The seller gave me a full refund for that level. This level is still working great and the other one is alright to use when you alreaady know the surface is level.

This thing offs actually amazing. Fits 9 6.0 batteries perfectly. Wish it had packout capabilities, but I just throw it in the bed of the truck instead. Super durable and seems tough.

Basic laser level, not construction grade; lacks ability to calibrate, tripod is of little use
Overall Decent laser level for the price but if you intend to use frequently or in construction environments, I would spend the extra $$ for more durable laser levels with better features.Pros:- ease of use, it’s fairly self explanatory and has pretty good light brightness (which is adjustable) if placed in the middle of a reasonable space such as a large room, garage, etc.-battery life, Comes with two batteries that have pretty good life when fully charged and the instructions state takes up to 12 hrs to fully charge (I’m assuming from 0%)Self-leveling error – The self-leveling part has a stated error range of +/- 4 degrees which is on par with other self-leveling devices- spherical gimble adapter – this included adapter is what will be needed if you don’t get a better tripod in order to project one line horizontally higher up on a while (I.e. for hanging pictures)- storage case – the unit and accessories come in a soft-sided styrofoam insert case that is pretty protective. Softer foam would probably be more protective but I’d prefer the one it comes in to a hard “pelican box-like” case and truth be told, a drop from 6 feet would be less damaging to the laser unit in this case than a hard shell case.Cons:Tripod – The tripod that is included only extends vertically to 40 inches in height and has a fairly narrow base in relation to the weight of the laser unit when mounted which may lead to movement if someone is walking across the floor, measurement inaccuracy, or tip over which will probably destroy the laser unit as it doesn’t seem too durable if it takes a fall.Features – this unit is fairly basic as compared to others that may be a little more or twice the price with digital angle display, etc.Calibration – the instructions state if not used for “a while” and defines “a while” as 6 months, the unit should be sent back to manufacturer for recalibration. I’m not going to pay to send a cheap unit in for service every 6 months where the shipping and service charge would likely exceed the value of the product. The lack of ability to calibrate by the end user is a pretty big detractor.2 stars due to the ridiculously short and flimsy tripod I wouldn’t trust to put anything more than a go pro on and also the inability to maintain the product calibration by end user.

Biene con todos sus accesorios me tardo en llegar 5 dias pero vale la pena, las lineas del laser se ven muy bien aunque haya claridad en donde se use , por el precio vale mucho la pena comprarlo asta el momento no tengo ningún inconveniente con su uso.
