Waste of money
Used it 6 times, not 6 days, 6 times before box locked up and became inoperable. I can’t find any way to contact Keson on their page. Junk product, zero support.

Needs improving of gear box
We used this chalk line off & on for three or four months. Gears stripped out in it. Wrapped cord around it and tossed in thrash.

Not made like they use to
Sad we Used this for about about 3 months here and there and now will not reel in gears stripped out was nice chalk box at first reeled in fast nice bold line but it’s in trash now not ment for contractors maybe a home owner but still not worth buying at this price for it to give out in middle of job and delay your whole day

Cheaply made for commercial use.
Gears stripped after 1 month of use. The 3×1 winding speed was hampered because of the line’s resistence and chalk inside slowing it. Not what I wanted. There are other offerings out there that wind more slowly, but more smoothly. I’m going to stick with them.

Thick chalk line
This is chalk line is thick. Stays on concrete for days even after walking all over it. Definitely recommend it especially for those long snaps.
