Great Dehumidifier for Large Spaces
We were looking for large dehumidifier for our basement (over 4000 sq feet). After reading up on this Kesnos commercial DH I decided to purchase it. I’m very happy with it. For one thing, it’s not as large or noisy as other commercial humidifiers. It comes ready right out of the box – you only have screw the handle on. The instruction manual is easy to read, concise and straightforward. It has a “Timer” function if you want the unit to automatically turn “on” or “off”, or you can have it run continuously. The DH reads the temperature in the room – you set the desired percentage for humidity and the unit will run until it’s 5% below that number. The packaging includes a drainage tube (over 10ft in length) to remove water from the unit. I’m able to point the tube directly into our basement drain for continuous flow. It works great, drawing moisture from the basement air and preventing any mold from developing on all of our stored items. If you’re looking for a dehumidifier for the home, I highly recommend this one.

Great Crawl Space Deuhumidifier
This unit is great for crawl spaces and basements. It is small enough to move around, but it gets the job done efficiently. It seems like it is very well built. With the remote, it is east to use and a good value for the money. I did have one issue with it, but customer service was very easy to work with and they are taking care of it.

Never purchase this product! Customer service is overseas in India. No way to contact manufacturer
This machine came damaged. I contacted customer support. They told me to open the box and see if the machine works. They said, if it works, “they will refund me $80. Now, this machine had a big dent on the front door. The door was also way out of alignment and the wheels no longer rolled straight. This machine took a hard hit. Customer support insisted that I prove to them it wasn’t working properly. Fortunately, I still had my 10 yo dehumidifier. I ran them both for 24hrs. My old machine filled a large 3 gal pot. The damaged unit collected “0” moisture. They then, finally said they would refund the money but only through PayPal. BTW, the only contact available is through India. “Evelyn” continued to text me at 5am and late in the evening, even asking her not to wake me up again. She also had the vocabulary of a 3yo This whole transaction was a complete nightmare. I was told by Amazon, that I should have returned the unit to them instead of going through their customer support. Let them deal with it. Lesson learned. Also, the manufacturer is 1hr20min from my house, but no way to contact them. Very shady company.

This is a wonderful industrial strength DeHumidifier. We had a very damp basement before using this . Powder was falling off of the walls in our basement. Not any longer! We stay dry and love the change and the preservation of our 100 year old HOME. GREAT, STRONG, INDUSTRIAL MACHINE!Thank You,

Not very “commercial”
Edit:: after months of use I’ve noticed that when it’s below 60° it isn’t very efficient, struggles to get below 54% and runs up the electric bill considerably.Original review : Decent product but not commercial level quality. The wheels rub the chassis making it hard to move around. The sump pump design is ok unless it’s somewhere where it gets cold enough to freeze. The unit has a shut off feature too not run below 40 degrees but the way the self empty is designed it only empties once the reservoir is completely full. So if it gets below freezing the sump will crack cause it’s still sitting full of water. The sump in it isn’t designed just for this unit, it’s the same generic 60 dollar one you can buy to add to any other dehumidifier, it’s just stashed inside the cabinet bottom. Feel a little bamboozled cause after seeing how lame the design is I can’t use it in the garage as i originally needed it for. Half tempted to return it but I need one for another property and i guess I’ll just use it there even though it’s overkill for that application. Would not buy again, or probably even anything from this company due to misleading advertising. Also it may be “assembled” in usa but it appears to just be chinese parts once you look inside it.
