Nice pull down broken glass shelves
This works well but 2 of 4 long glass used as border for shelves were shattered. Inspect the shelves once you receive the product to ensure yours are not shattered.

Inaccurate measurements
The measurements are off. After carefully measuring and ordering, the shelf arrived (after getting lost in the mail) and was too big to fit in the cabinet.

A good product
I purchased 2 of these DPZM pull down shelves, they are well built and operate smoothly. They are similar to the classic “Rev A Shelf” model, and the DPZM cost about half. These DPZM have an adjustment for the weight of the load which is more convenient than the “Rev A Shelf” model.The reason I gave 4 stars is because the packaging was less than perfect. One unit arrived with one of the glass plate floating around in the box, and the second unit arrived with 3 out of 4 long glass plates broken. The pull down itself are well packed, but the glass plates should be either secured or packed with extra protection.I contacted the seller, but they could not send replacement glass plates due to the ongoing trade war. The seller was prompt to answer my requests, and was willing to correct the problem. I suggested that I could replace the glass with poly carbonate strips. The seller agreed, and issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the replacement strips.
