These are awesome!!!! I read other reviews and I believe they are being installed incorrectly because they fit completely flush with a snap-in fit. The embossed outer ring faces inside the electrical box. I have these on a Legrand dimmer and they work perfectly!!

I install these on all my properties that have a drop down den area – safety first – put in a dual to dawn eye outside and works great

Several burnt out after less than a year of indoor use!
So many have burnt out in the first year. Differently the color changed from warm to bright white because the warm bulb burned out. They would still function if I wanted to have only cool white. These are indoors on stairs and are only used for a few hours a day and only a couple of days a week. Actually, they are in a vacation home and go many weeks without ever being turned on. So there is no way I should’ve had to already replace several of them in under one year.
