Better build than what it is replacing
Ordered this: HIBOITEC Low Voltage Landscape Lighting 12W with Connectors 100W Transformer – to replace a cheaper one I ordered and reviewed on Vine last year but it did not make it 12 months… On that review I did note that the housings and stakes were plastic and seemed flimsy… that was true and after a year 2 had been broken by minimal impacts. I do not expect that to be the case with this setup as the stakes and housings are made from metal…I like that this kit comes with everything you need for a professional setup. The transformer is pretty much maxed out, 8×12 = 96w and usually you want your transformer 25% bigger than the load at least. So that is my only concern with this setup, just hoping they have exaggerated the wattage of each individual light head, 12w seems like a lot to me. Rather than having to piece together a system, with wire, connectors and a timer/photocell etc this comes with everything you need to get started.It is bright and the transformer is UL listed and waterproof. Perfect for my location.

This product absolutely deserves the full five stars. I came in with low expectations given the $15 price per light, but I was genuinely blown away by the quality, ease of installation, and thoughtful design.I wanted landscape lighting that:• Was easy to install• Gave off the right color temperature (not too yellow or too blue)• Was durable• Looked minimal and unobtrusive when installedThese lights checked every box.The metal housing feels extremely durable, and I have no doubt they’ll last a long time. The included wire connectors made installation a breeze. I really appreciated the needle-style piercing connectors, which meant I didn’t need any special wiring skills — I simply pierced them into my existing landscape lighting wire with zero hassle.I have no lighting background, yet I was able to install uplights on a front yard tree and accent lights on shrubs with ease. The results look great.Installation tip:Push the stakes into the ground before attaching the lights with the included screw. If you try to push the assembled light and stake into the ground, you risk bending the light arm due to the force required.I also love that these lights are bright enough out of the box, but I’m considering adding a dimmer in the future to fine-tune the look. That said, I’m already extremely satisfied with the results.Overall, I honestly don’t see why anyone would spend more when these offer such great quality at such an affordable price. I’d happily recommend them to any friends or family looking for landscape lighting.

Versatile landscape light
This is a nice versatile landscape light. It uses 12 or 24 volts, AC or DC. This makes getting a power source mu easier than if it was only one way. The construction seems to be good quality, it has a metal body and a metal steak. It’s rated for outdoors.

Great design
My old lights in the backyard were really small and not very bright. This spotlight is a nice upgrade. I found it very easy to set up. There was no need to connect any apps, just plug it in and it works. I usually have trouble with connectors but this one was quick and gave me no issues. It also holds up well against the weather. I’ve used it for 3 days now through both rainstorms and hot days, and it still works perfectly. It resists both heat and frost, which is important where I live since the weather can get pretty extreme. The brightness is also just right at 1300 lumens. It gives off a warm tone and lights up my flower beds beautifully. The angle is adjustable, so I can point the light exactly where I want. It comes with a stake that makes installation really simple. It looks great both during the day and at night.

Bright and working non-stop for weeks
We just redid our backyard with a new fence, but with bamboo in front of the fence, so we wanted to some new lighting. I wanted it to be uniform, so we bought this larger pack and boy, did it work out great! They’re pretty bright, but you can angle them in such a way that it doesn’t look like you’re trying to light up the night sky. They were easy to wire together and have been working just fine for a few weeks with no issues. I think the set is a really good bargain.

Easy to Install & Beautiful!
These spotlights have completely transformed my garden! The 2700K warm white light creates a magical ambiance that highlights my trees and landscaping features perfectly. I was impressed by how easy they were to install – the included connectors made wiring a breeze. Despite heavy rain, the IP65 waterproof rating has held up perfectly. Adequate lighting power (12W LED’s – 90 watts equivalent), sturdy construction, flexible programming. The waterproof outdoor connectors do not look that waterproof nor durable. I replaced them with 2 Pin car waterproof connectors, quite a bit of work but worth it for long term durability and flexibility.

I recently got the HIBOITEC low-voltage landscape lighting kit for my backyard, and they’ve been working great so far. They are nice and bright and light up around my deck nicely. The included 100W transformer, photocell sensor, and timer all work well and allows them to all be automated. Overall, I haven’t any issues with them, and the installation was pretty easy.
