High quality and great customer service
First off, we didn’t want to spend a $1000+ for a faucet and the brand names are in that ballpark. After reading a several reviews from different brands found on Amazon and other sites we decided on Wintap. We were pleasantly surprised when it arrived, I expected something with a much less substantial feel. The faucet has a very heavy and quality feel with a beautiful finish. Washers and seals were installed and protected from being lost in shipping. The hoses were 4” too short for my application and I reached out to customer service and a new set 6” longer were promptly sent out with tracking provided. Just a quick install note, we tried the included expansion bolts and were not happy with the results. The bolts embed in your wood subfloor and wood has “give” so it was not as stable as we preferred. Replaced them with 3” bolts, nuts and washers completely through the floor and it is now perfectly stable. I would recommend bolt through whenever possible for a sturdy feel. Upon first use there were no issues and boy will it fill up a tub fast. Very high flow rate. Everything worked as it should. I really liked the spouts ability to swing out of the way if you want it to, something most waterfall faucets can’t do. Considering everything this a bargain at it’s price point. So happy I purchased from Wintap.

Great product and amazing customer service
Really nice in person. Brushed good looks great. I ordered to Canada and the supply hoses were too long – the company replaced free or charge and my contractor was able to install easily without further issue. The water pressure is great and the added spray handle works great as well. Zero leakage to date.

Great for the money, be realistic about quality and installation vs Kohler/Moen/Delta
If you’ve been looking for that Kohler dupe that doesn’t cost $1900, this is the closest you’ll find. I looked and couldn’t find anyone else selling this configuration.The good: it’s beautiful. The company is super responsive and fixed the issue I had with the included water lines that were too long. They sent replacements within a week. They include nice screws to secure the base, and those hammer-in ones as well if you have a floor that supports it. Porcelain doesn’t, so I didn’t use those. The water pressure is great, and the head rotates out of the way when you’re done filling the tub.Difficulties: like all tub fillers that aren’t over $1k, it’s tough to install. You’ll see I had to re drill the holes into my tile because I drilled them before I found out the water lines had twisted inside the pipe and needed to be reversed. Yes, the brass base has a set screw to lock it down, but it is still a bit wobbly if the brass base isn’t screwed on fully. While tightening the water lines, they want to rotate as it gets tight, which starts to rotate the whole tub filler, so you have to be careful with that. There is little room to get a wrench down there too, so a helper holding the filler at an angle will help.The not so good: the finish, as other commenters note, is not super hard. I knocked it against several things and it didn’t chip, but it did transfer paint onto those surfaces. They include a white glove, likely because they know it’s more like a powdery paint that will rub off onto your hands, which it does. I thought about adding a clear coat to it, but it will scarcely be touched now that it’s installed so, to me, it’s not worth docking a star over.I included the manual since others asked about it. The water lines are gonna be too long for most people at 30 or 30.5″ especially if your lines are near the finished height of your floor. They sent me 27.5″ and it was perfect.

Great faucet and fantastic customer service from Wintap
We are very happy with this Wintap tub faucet. It is well made, easy to install, with a very nice finish. It has a high water flow rate and fills the tub quickly. We needed longer water supply lines (42″) and contacted Wintap Customer Service. They were outstanding. They custom made longer supply lines quickly and we received them within just a few days – all at no charge. Wintap followed up with us to make sure the new supply lines met our needs and that we were happy with the faucet. We highly recommend this tub faucet and especially dealing with Wintap.

Beautiful faucet, well built with high level of finish. The only problem is that the supplied hoses were too long and couldn’t be used. Once I was able to contact the manufacturer, they resolved the issue and mailed replacement hoses. If you have the same issue, email them with the exact length that you need. 4 stars only because of the hassle with the hoses. It is a 5 star product.

Overall it looks good and sturdy, sadly about one week in of using it the paint is all coming off. I’ll have to give it a three star rating. If the paint wasn’t chipping I’d give it a five.
