Interesting Design with a Solid Feel, Larger Than I Prefer
This utility knife definitely caught my attention because of its unique design. The open circle in the middle is something I had not seen before, and it gives the knife a distinctive look right out of the box. In hand, it feels sturdy and has noticeable weight to it, more so than the box cutters I normally use. That alone makes it feel durable and like it should hold up well over time.The aluminum body feels solid, and the knife overall gives the impression that it is built for heavier use rather than being disposable or flimsy. Blade changes are straightforward, and once installed, the blade feels secure. From a durability standpoint, there is not much to complain about.Where this knife falls a bit short for me is the size. Compared to newer, more compact box cutters, this one feels larger than necessary. I am used to designs that focus on keeping things slim while still being practical, and this one leans more toward bulk. The open circle in the middle, while visually interesting, feels a little awkward in use and does not add much function for me. It also contributes to the overall length, which makes it less convenient to carry day to day.Because of that, this is not the knife I reach for regularly. It will likely live in my car tool kit, where the extra size and weight are less of an issue, and I will stick with a smaller cutter for everyday tasks. If you prefer a heavier, more substantial utility knife and like a more unconventional design, this could be a good fit. If compactness is a priority, it may feel a bit oversized.

This one is JUST right!
I feel like Goldilocks with this this knife: “This one is juuust right!” Other utility knifes feel too big and unwieldy, like they’re made for people with much larger hands than me, or they’re small and flimsy and going to break in no time.This knife though…it’s very sturdy and heavy-duty but ergonomically, fits perfectly in my smaller, female-sized hand. It has heft and a good weight but isn’t too heavy The finger loop is something I really like for control and security. The knife is easy to open and close. With the press of a button, it unfolds and will lock into place, either fully open or at any one of several midrange points. It closes just as easily by pressing the same button.I haven’t had to change a blade yet, but testing it out, I can see that it’s just as simple: with the click of a button, the blade slides out and you can slide a new one in.It does have a clip on the side that you can attach to a belt or pocket, but it’s pretty small and tight.I’ve bought several utility knives over the past year, but never realized I could be so excited about one until I found this one! It really is comfortable and different from the others I’ve tried, and will be my go-to from here on out.

Solid Folding Utility Knife with a Good Grip
This folding utility knife is better than I expected. The finger ring design looks a little gimmicky at first, but once you use it, it actually makes a lot of sense. It gives you extra control and a secure grip, especially when cutting thicker cardboard or breaking down boxes.The blade deployment is simple and smooth. You press the button to unlock it and manually open the blade, so it is not spring loaded. That makes it feel safer and more controlled. The knife locks into two useful positions, straight and angled, which is nice depending on what you are cutting.Blade changes are quick and easy. There is no need to unscrew anything, which is a big improvement over traditional bulky utility knives. It also comes with a small holder for extra blades, which is convenient to have on hand. The first blade had a protective guard on it, but since these blades are meant to be swapped out, that is not an issue.It is very sharp. I used it on cardboard boxes, paper packaging, and shipping tape, and it cut through everything cleanly without needing much pressure. The aluminum body feels sturdy but not heavy, and the built in belt clip makes it easy to carry without taking up much space.I normally use a larger utility knife with a screw together handle, and this has completely replaced it for everyday tasks. It is lighter, faster to use, and much easier to change blades. Overall, this is a well designed utility knife that feels durable, practical, and comfortable to use.
