Don’t buy!!!! This is a piece of crap! No matter how tight you tighten the long handled screws they loose their grip as soon as you turn the handle. also no instructions for assembly.

Trash product. Don’t waste your money. Normal use will strip the bolt that fastens the tension wheel to the joist plate.
