Super easy to DIY. Did my entire kitchen and laundry room in a simple afternoon
Actually an impressive product.I purchased these puck lights to replace my current under cabinet lighting. I definitely prefer these over what I had before.Incredibly easy to do yourself. The adhesive is incredibly strong and you don’t even need to use the screws however I did just for added security. They put off an impressive amount of light for being such a small unit. Value is impressive I ordered three strands to do my entire kitchen and laundry room and it came with all the extensions, wires, lights etc to even have some left over in case a replacement is needed.

Great kit for do-it-yourselfer: top quality!
After looking at local lightimg store offerings at over $400, and every Amazon offering, I am so happy I chose this one! I did kitchen under cabinet lighting, hardwired it and extensively cut off plugs (to reduce drilled holes to wire width, which is 1/5 of the plug width) and soldered at least 3/4 of the connections. the lights are aluminum with nicely machined screw on lids you remove to mount with the nice short screws, favored over the 3- M self adhesive mount pade whose use I limited to the electronic control boxes which at under 1 and 1/8 “ thickness remain concealed under the lower lip of all of my cabinets. The included extensions gave me more than enough to make the wire run above/over the sink and above/ over the stove, placing one light under each cabinet section and adding much needed lighting over the stove on the bottom of our underlighted microwave,. The result is a beautifully lighted backsplash, bright exposure of my stovetop, and nice dimming control for everything from subtle mood lighting to super bright lighting ( I chose cool white and satisfied very much with it) for cooking or countertop work. The LEDs are top quality, everything works as stated, I used brads to secure wires discretely behind the cabinet edges. I took my time and opted against coiling unused wire with twisty ties under my cabinets. Wires are clearly marked for positive/ negative so I was able to carry out accurate cutting and resplicing via soldering and electrical tape. I do not cut double wires straight across, but instead cut positive 1/2 longer than negative lead so there is zero chance of shorting if the tape ever fails over time. Anyway, I am very impressed with the kit, the quality and well thought out supplies included, and it was perfect for myneeds- I installed 9 of the10 lights so have a spare. Youcan make your choice of using all the plugs Drilling bigger holes and twisty- tying extra wire) ir doing a pro install with tight wires, no excess, and tiny holes through cabinets. Great kit!Addendum 12/18/2018: 9 days in I was adjusting brightness on remote, after initial flawless operation, and the lights stopped working. Miki at the seller immediately replied to my email with steps to diagnose the problem: NOT the remote electronics… awaiting feedback, but hope the fix is effective and lasting and not too much work since I customized wiring for my space.Addendum: this company has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and stand behind their product- Seller Miki contacted me immediately, gave precise tips on testing the lights, and quickly diagnosed the problem, got the lights working, and sent a spare part to assure this does not happen again. Miki also assured me that for a full 2 years they will fully back the product and provide free support. I plan on buying more, and can assure prospective buyers they will do very well with the Aiboo products for lighting.

Excellent DIY Light Kit!
Good brightness. You can see in my photo what it looks like at 100% with the main kitchen lights off. The dimmer provides 4 brightness options (25, 50, 75, or 100%).Install was fairly simple. I chose to plug mine in rather than hardwire as I’m not particularly versed in electrical work and it wasn’t in the budget to hire out. I used the adhesive that came in the package to stick the lights under the cabinets, and it is holding very well. We have spacers between our cabinets so I threaded the wires in between the cabinets and connected them on top of the cabinets where there is a little lip to conceal them (rather than try to hide the mess at eye level). This worked rather well – I used a coat hanger to pull the wires up coming out of the lights up through the tiny gaps so I wouldn’t have to drill. I then linked them all together up top. This method worked because I don’t have very many cabinets so I didn’t have to stretch the wires too far. Once in place, I then used clear tape to tape the parts of the wire running into the light pucks below and eliminate any hanging. I had some concern with this method because it meant the receiver would be hidden at the top of the cabinets, however the remote works well even when it is not directly pointing at the lights. The lights do not get hot at all! I leave them on all night long and they remain cool to touch. The light looks very natural (warm white).

Very nice lights, if you don’t need a remote control
Installation was easy, don’t bother with stick tape, doesn’t hold well. I have purchased several of the 10 pack kits and really like how they look, very discreet under cabinets and very bright. The only issue I have had is the remote controls. They worked great in the beginning, however did not last long. The on/off button no longer works. (Yes I did change the battery) In my setup I need the remote, so that’s a game changer for me.

Perfect for my project
I got these for lighting my 6 snake tanks since I prefer heating pads to lamps so the lighting is for visual effect only. These lightweight little lights are absolutely perfect. I have tried light strips before but they were difficult to install and no matter what I did they just looked tacky and wouldn’t stay up. I didn’t want to have to deal with batteries or charging, I needed something that I could plug into my power strip. These look beautiful and were extremely quick and easy to install. I have recommended them to friends already and will likely buy more for other difficult to light areas of my house. I really like that they come with the required wiring to use with the provided remote, or toggle switch, or even to hardwire into a light switch on the wall. They can also either be attached with included screws or with provided mounting tape. I used the tape and they are lightweight enough that they seem very secure. I use the remote and so far have not had any issues and the dimming options are an excellent bonus for this situation.10/10 I don’t think that I could be more happy with this product.**Update**I decided to use the extra lights in my entertainment center. I had to move 2 of the lights that I had put up. The included mounting tape has a very strong hold but I was able to successfully move them. Again, I am thrilled with the final effect. They are still functioning perfectly and so is the remote. I love these little lights

Excellent lighting!
We used these in our rental and it immediately elevated our kitchen! I would highly recommend!
