Commercial Dehumidifier: This heavy-duty dehumidifier for crawl space removes up to 220 pints of moisture per day (under conditions of 90°F and 90% RH) and 100 pints per day at AHAM. It efficiently covers areas up to 2900 sq.ft, operating within a humidity range of 35% to 90% RH. The powerful internal compressor and 250 CFM airflow removes moisture quickly and efficiently, making it ideal for crawlspaces, basements, garages and commercial areas.
Dehumidifier with Pump: Our crawl space dehumidifier comes with a high-quality built-in pump and a 19.6-inch drain hose capable of draining water vertically up to 14.7 inches. There is no need to manually empty the tank, it automatically and continuously drains and dehumidifies, making it ideal for basements or areas where gravity-based drainage is impractical.
Auto Operation/Defrost: Set your desired humidity level, and this basement dehumidifier will automatically cycle between on/off modes to maintain optimal conditions. When our advanced auto-defrost system detects low ambient temperatures via integrated sensors, the unit automatically triggers a defrost cycle to maintain optimal performance. During this process, the compressor temporarily stops while the fan continues to operate, allowing the frost to thaw. Once the defrost cycle is complete, the dehumidifier resumes normal operation.
Upgraded Design for Durability: MERV-1 and MERV-10 dual filter design can filter more impurities and reduce internal losses, providing better dehumidification and air purification effects. Internal anti-corrosion technology minimizes corrosion and Freon leakage by protecting and maintaining the heat transfer properties of the coil, extending the life of the coil.

A workhorse. 2weeks in. Gradually the humidity is dropping in the basement. The pump works as described. Noise level is medium. Very easy to set up.

This dehumidifier is well designed, easy to install and one of the best on the market today. Can’t believe we didn’t know these were available and recommend it to anyone with a damp basement. This will allow you to store anything safely and the unit is very quiet. The unit is not loud at all and there is no running noise in the house. I can now maintain proper humidity levels in my crawl space. I would not hesitate to purchase this unit again. I am very pleased so far and I think you will be too. The results have been excellent! I highly recommend this unit.

Right Fit for A Larger Basement
I purchased this powerful dehumidifier for my basement which has around 800 sqft. It works quietly and the humidity drops from 53% to 41% in about 15min in my initial test. Now it works efficiently in my basement as I set up the 42% as the working signals to open it. My basement is felt sufficient dry with this new machine.

Had the product approximately one month, very pleased with the ability to remove the humidity from the house crawl space where installed. Has a low noise level as well which is a nice feature as the previous unit was much noisier. Only negative for me is machine needs longer drain line.
