Not a brand to use if you want current technology such as wifi controlability.
Do not waste your time on this unit.Problems upon deliveryUnit did not come with wifi setup instructionsFound wifi instructions but the app does not allow you to register, you get an error message in Chinese.Without the ability to create an account using the app, you cannot use the app as it is locked out until registration is complete.Unit did not turn on when I figured I would try to connect to it manually.When I packed it up for return, guess what, I was shipped the non wifi version. Still does not mater since the China based registration server is broken and the unit did not turn on.Stay away from this brand and it’s sister brands until they get their act together with the app stability.

Unhappy about purchase.
I purchased the Abestorm-R for its IOS app for remote connect , monitoring and health status. The app server has been down for weeks since I bought this item. No one can register an online account. Apparently Abrstorm is not ready for cell phone app technology. I’m not happy at all.

Finally a WiFi unit
These are the best priced units. With the WiFi you can upload everything to your phone and it makes getting your readings much easier and faster. These units stack nicely and are very quiet. I just wish they had wheels. These get up to 98 degrees and hotter then others.

1month review
So far, dehumidifier is preforming well in my crawl space. The main appeal for me was to be able to regulate via WIFI. However, worked good for about a week and then when I lost internet I realized I had to return to crawl space to link Bluetooth. Also, doesn’t include leveling feet and top mounted display minimizes height you can hang unit from floor joists. Probably should have just purchased a unit with a plug in display.

The unit went completely dead after 1 minute of being turned on. No lights on display or anything. Customer service is not very helpful. Will not go through trouble shooting tips over the phone. Had to return unit for being defective.

I have multiple dehumidifiers, 1 small one per garage. I have to empty them atleast 3 times a day. I’ve set those commercial dehumidifier up in my finished garage with the drainage house from the machine to under the garage door. The unit pumps the water out itself so there’s no more emptying. It connects to wifi allowing me to monitor and name settings changes via my phone. It was super simple to set up and the buttons are self explanatory. This performance of this unit is perfect as you set to desired setting and let it go. Once it reaches the desired humidity level it shuts down which conserve on energy. You really will love this dehumidifier. It’s worth the high price point and the low stress point!Edit: 1 month since I began using thr product and it’s already malfunctioning. The LED panel goes flickers and the machine turns on for a moment but shuts itself back off. Definitely no pleased with this dehumidifier. After a month its become a large, useless, hunk of junk.

Works well, has WiFi/bluetooth
It does its dehumidifier job well. I live in a very humid climate and this dehumidifier is being put to commercial use. It is doing well at eliminating moisture.Unfortunately we don’t really like the WiFi component and Bluetooth signal. He doesn’t like the Bluetooth signal for health reasons. He e-mailed support and they were so so about helping find a way to switch the signal off. Since most people would probably like the WiFi/bluetooth component, I’d say this is an excellent product.Also it is very nice that it has a pump that can pump out up to 15 ft. This makes it a premium dehumidifier
