Very sturdy
These are great quality. I did have to shave the corners of each treated 4×4 post that I installed in these as they were a little too snug to allow the posts to sit all the way inside of the base and allow for some room to set level before final attachment. They do look good though with the black colored spindles that I also used and these bases are very well made. Packed well, shipped fast and no missing hardware.

They work well with 4x4s. A little tough getting them mounted in the concrete but once in they are very sturdy

Very nice post base
Used these to build a pergola look awesome. Great height that accepts 8 screws (4 on each side) and I used 4” screws. Nice thing is they didn’t intercept and jam up. The space underneath keeps post from making contact with the concrete footer and allows water to drain. Only adjustment I would make to these is add a 1/2” hole in them to allow for a bolt to be installed instead of having drill a hole. Customer loves the look and is quite “beefy”. Also has 4 holes on flange to install tapcons. I used 1/4×2-3/4” tapcons and needed to add a washer since the holes are a little too large for the tapcon I used. It does come with all the fasteners needed to install but I chose to purchase additional black fasteners to keep the all black look as it would have taken away from the look. VERY nice post base and would recommend.
