Great brackets horrible anchors!!!!!
The black brackets for the posts are awesome!!!! Worked great for us and I did not have to sand down the wood to make it fit. The real issue was the cement anchors. We drilled past the length of the anchor and no matter what the anchor would not sink all the way. We had to pry them up which caused our brand new cement pad I had waited and saved for 2 years to get done now is broken on the top and I must now patch it. Thankfully our neighbor had some other ones so we went out and purchased more from Home Depot and no issues with those. Pictures show we got one of the anchors sent to sink and the other three where we had to pry them up and cement broke. Should definitely send better anchors!!!!

Useful for anchoring to concrete pavement
Heavy build, relatively thick steel. Perfect size for 4x4s fence posts. Very useful for anchoring to existing concrete pavement without having to rebuild the base.We used 2 PCs for some of our posts since there was existing concrete belonging to the neighbor. Didn’t want to damage their footpath. The remaining posts were dug in with new poured concrete bases. No issues with leveling.
