Worked perfectly for anchoring my deck down. I bought a new house and the deck was not a good to anything. It was just sitting on the cement. Made it much more sturdy and it feels a lot safer.

Used on a rental unit. Old rusted railing had a few spots on a staircase where the legs rusted but all else was working still. Used these to create a new leg and re secure to the cement stairs. They worked great & our city inspection was passed.
