would give 6/5 if I could. Love the control, adjustable knob, easy use & clean up
This foam gun is made impressively well. It fits the foam cans snugly and securely, and is very comfortable & easy to use. It works very well and makes a very clean & solid tool. This foam gun allows you to control the flow with a simple twist of a knob on the side of the gun & stop & go as you need too. It’s a big change from the regular nozzle on a can that keeps spraying & spraying. No more wasting, unexpected overflow & continuous foaming over, no more sticking a nail/screw inside the tip trying to save the remainder of a can just for it to push pop off & squirt all over when it fall off the work bench. lol. This gun solves all your problems & at a fraction of the price. This well made foam gun is a must have. It saves time, money and allows your foam jobs to come out a lot cleaner. This gun is easy to clean after use & is very durable. After using it for 2 jobs now & several cans of foam I can honestly say this gun is well worth the value for the money. It’s great quality over all, made of well made materials & durable, easy to use & clean, fits standard foam cans well without any leaking, and makes high end quality work with the right control needed. This made the job so much easier & cleaner for window seals. l would recommend this foam gun to anyone that works with foam on a regular bases, this is a great tool for a contractor or plumber. It saves time money & overall a great product. It’s a must have tool. It helps cut down on “fixing” the foam after the job is done; cutting away the excess. It takes a minute to get used to how it operates. I took the time to lay beads of foam down on a piece of cardboard until I was confident enough to use it on a professional job. I am so impressed and love this tool. I wish I knew about it a lot sooner. I give this tool a 6/5 + Extra credit for the adjustable knob on the side for the bead size.

Reasonably priced, feels sturdy; we’ll see how long it holds up over multiple uses/cleanings
I’m going to be doing some air sealing and re-insulating in our home to help make it more comfortable and energy efficient. And while the bulk of the work will be done with typical rockwool batt insulation, spray foam is critical for ensuring good air sealing in cracks, crevices and tight spaces. I often will use the disposable cans of spray foam because they’re cheaper, but they’re also harder to control when dispensing the foam. Using a foam gun like this along with the cans that screw onto this foam gun makes it a lot easier to get cleaner, more precise results. And while the manufacturers will say that guns like this are reusable, I’ve found that it can be hit or miss–even when you clean the guns out with the required cleaner, residue can remain behind and glue the gun shut; I’ve had that happen. So, now I don’t invest a lot of money in the “reusable” spray foam guns. This one is definitely on the more affordable side, price-wise. It’s also relatively bare bones in terms of design/features. It doesn’t appear to have any non-stick coated surfaces like some guns will (to help minimize the foam sticking to the gun). But it feels like it is well construct out of sturdy metal parts (with the exception of the black plastic grip). It has a wide range of adjustability–the brass knob at the back that lets you control how fast the foam dispenses. It arrived with one plastic dispensing nozzle; it’s not necessary for use, but handy for getting the spray foam into tighter cracks. I would have been nice if they included a few more, since the plastic tips really aren’t easily reusable. All in all, I’d say that this is a reasonable choice for a “semi” reusable foam gun; if I get a few uses out of it, then I’ll be happy, but it feels like it could last longer based on what I see of the construction. I’ll update this review after a few rounds of use if it doesn’t hold up.

That it had worked properly instead of getting foam all over me and everything else
The spray gun fell apart on my first use. The end that you screw in and out I must have screws it out too far and a ball bearing jumped out and hit the floor. I put it back in and then put it back on the gun and from then on it released foam from the can not thru the end of the nozzle but instead where it screws together. Dissatisfied
