Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Liquid is a flexible, rubberized coating that seals out water, air and moisture. Before applying, stir contents for 30 seconds until it is thoroughly mixed. It can be applied by brush, roll, trowel, dip or pouring. Ensure the surface is completely covered. Once applied, the self leveling formula smoothly covers small gaps and cracks ensuring a watertight seal. When dried, Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Liquid is paintable and temperature/UV resistant resulting in lasting repairs! Not for continuous submersion or below-waterline use.

DIRECTIONS: 1) Clean surface of dirt, dust, grease and oil. Make sure surface is dried completely. 2) Stir contents for 30 seconds until it is thoroughly mixed. 3) Apply to surface by brush, roll, trowel, dip or pour. Ensure surface is completely covered. 4) Apply multiple coats to ensure all cracks and holes have been filled. Allow to cure in between coats and before water exposure. Full cure at 24-48 hours.
NOTE: Test finished project with light water exposure to ensure all cracks have been filled. If test fails, apply additional coats. Do not use for gaps larger than 1/4″. Apply between 50F and 120F
CLEAN UP: Wipe up any unwanted material with a dry cloth or paper towel immediately. Use mineral spirits to clean applicators such as brushes and rollers.
STORAGE: Remove excess product from top of can with a dry cloth. Press or lightly tap lid shut to create tight seal.
PAINTING: Works with both latex and oil based paints. When coating with oil based paints, use a primer first before painting

Great product but very messy to apply.
This product worked great to stop a small roof leak. Just painted it on and left it over night. Applied a second coat the next day. No more leak. Not sure how long this repair will last but if it can hold up for a couple more years I can then have a new roof installed. The only issues I had was Amazon did not deliver it on time and the can was badly flattened on the top edge up against the top lid. I had to straighten out the top edge just to be able to remove the lid. Now the lid will not completely seal so the remaining product will go bad before I can use it. I may just keep applying it to the repair I just made until I can use the remainder up. Make sure you wear protective gloves as this stuff is very sticky and gets everywhere. I used paint thinner to clean any areas I wanted it removed from. The only other issue is the consistency should be thicker. I applied it on a section of my roof which has a normal pitch. This stuff slowly and continuely ran down the roof. It says in the directions it takes 24 to 48 hours to completely dry. After several hours it still creeps down. So it’s going to make a mess no matter how careful you are. If it was more like a jell or the consistency of caulking it would remain in place better. But it got the job done. Over all I am pleased with this product.

Gets the job done easy
This waterproof liquid rubber sealant is absolutely wonderful. Personally, I went up on the roof and followed the instructions on the container. To my surprise, the rain stopped coming in through the bathroom vent. It has very efficient sealing capability.

Perfect
Used this on my two sun windows on top of my sunroom. A huge leak appears around one of the windows after 19 years so I taped off around inside the window about a 1/4 inch in and applied the rubber sealer with paint brush on that 1/4 inch to the sunroom window frame and the leak stopped. A week later we had a 1 1/2 very hard rain and inside sunroom stayed dry. It painted on easily, had the lid off for 1/2 hour while using it and no dry ups in or around the can. It stuck to window and metal sunroom easily. It is thick enough to not cause run off as my sun room roof does tilt down. Great product.

Good product
I’m giving 5 stars because it works really well but there is a BUT, it is very difficult to apply using a roller, I used a foam roller and if your thinking it will apply like paint your sorely mistaken, I started with the spray cans but was getting pricey so I switched to this it’s very hard to work with it leaves clumpy build up but as long as you back roll it all lays nice and flat it goes on heavy so 1 coat only for me if it works, as well as the spray cans then it was worth the troubleForgot to mention that the cans were dented does take a long time to dry/cure been 2 days and it’s still slightly tacky, I used it on some concrete stepping stones loved the spray cans not sure about this stuff, if it dries thumbs up time will tell, water beads up nicely after using spray cans hope this acts the same way

Outdoor tile grout
We have tiles around our swimming pool with grout. After the blistering Texas heat some grout has fine cracks. We thought it would be a good idea to seal it up before the torrential rain.Few tips:1. Use a paint brush that you are willing to throw away, you cannot wash and reuse the paint brush.2. You must finish your entire project in one go. The sealant thickens and dries.3. Also, the lid may not close all the way back again, as the sealant thickens.4. If you must stop half way, or for lunch etc, place it in a plastic bag and get as much air out such that you slow the drying time.5. Oddly, does dry slowly on the grout itself. If it’s an outdoor project, and rain in the forecast the next day, then wait until you have 2 rain free days.6. Wear disposable gloves. People – don’t ignore this tip. I almost stuck my fingers together, but Thankfully I was quick enough to scrape it off. Washing with water didn’t help at all, remember it is water proof.7. Bugs may stick. Kinda gross, but next morning i stepped out to marvel at all hard work, only to notice a hundred beetles, critters, dragonflies, etc stuck. Spent a couple of hours removing them. It’s Texas y’all!8. Dries clear. Yay!9. Has a mild shine during daylight. I don’t mind that though, but if you find matte tiles and a mild shine in the grout not your vibe – then just know.10. Toss all remaining/leftover solution. Really don’t want to risk sticking to random things in the garage.

Not slippery when wet
Bought this to use on my shower floor that we just tiled. Super easy to use and it is amazing for a sealant. Makes the tile look really shiny too.
