Reinforced Mallet: Constructed of cast iron with bright chrome plating, the hammer is equipped with the hardness of 90±5 HAS. The double-faced solid PVC head delivers a softened, positive strike. The mallet head is 1-3/8 inch in diameter. The handle is made of American hickory which is lightweight but tough. The whole mallet is 10-3/4 inch long and weighs 1.036lb.
Enhanced Pull Bar: Made from premium A3 steel with matt coating, the pull bar designed with enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. The pull bar is 12-1/4 inch long and 1/8 inch thick, which is superior to the normal design. The soft pads on the back can well protect the floor from scratch.
Solid Tapping Block: The tapping block made from polypropylene is designed solid, which is more sturdy and durable. The approximate size of the block is 7-7/8 x 2-1/2 x 3/4 inch.
30-Piece Spacers: The kit comes with 30 pieces plastic spacers which are designed with non-slip slots. The approximate size of the spacer 2-3/8 x 1-1/8 inch.

Great kit recommend
Nice kit. Worth the price. Shipped fast. Durability is great holds up well even after 2000 sq ft of floor . Light weight. Size makes it easy to work with. Only complaint is Wall spacer need to be taped don’t stay by themselves felt they are a bit o the cheap side . Bought a couple packs from home***o that were great made the job go fast. Over all a great kid for the price. Would recommend for diy .

Pretty Much What I Needed
A solid buy. I’ll note the spacers aren’t all that nice, but they still slotted in where my better spacers didn’t have quite enough room. The other tools were quite useful, and I’m glad I got this kit. A professional will have better stuff, but these items are great for a first timer. I’ll use em until they wear out

This was not worth it for and don’t get if using LifeProof PVC flooring
I hadn’t put down a laminate flooring for a while and couldn’t find my old tools so bought this. My problems with it: 1) the block did not work with the LifeProof PVC flooring I got from HD and it ended up damaging the edges. 2) The mallet is OK but not very hefty. 3) the spacers are wedges. My previous spacers were of fixed thickness (ex. 3mm, 6mm, etc). The metal bar was the best part. My recommendation would be to get a good mallet (I have a Kobalt that will leave marks on the PVC that are easily wiped off), a block that works with your specific brand of flooring, spacers of fixed thicknesses, and a bar with a very wide end to spread the force over the end/side of the plank.

Worth the cost to make the job 100% easier.
Don’t spend $1000 on a floor and then skimp on the installation tools. Get these. It makes the install 100% easier. I did the first room without these and I was down to my last nerve especially when finishing a row or end of a room. These make it so much easier to get and keep tight seams.

I use this laminate flooring installation kit regularly, and overall it’s a very solid set. The pull bar is the standout piece. It makes locking boards together in tight areas such as against walls or under door jambs much easier, and the added padding helps protect the flooring from damage during use.The tapping block is also well made and does its job without marring the edges of the planks when used correctly. Both of these pieces have held up well with frequent use and feel appropriate for repeated installations.The mallet works, but I would have liked to see a softer rubber side to complement the harder face. It’s not a deal breaker, but a dual-durometer mallet would make the kit more versatile. Good quality…price is right.Used to tap lvp to reduce gaps. Good set worked fine for me. Grab some double sided tape and taped to the blue block and to floor…tapped block and it worked well.
