Excellent value heater!
Excellent purchase! This heater gave off a great amount of heat, keeping us nice and warm on a cold day outside.I was a little worried about putting this together, but was happy to see that it was extremely easy. I also was happy that it wasn’t to heavy, and was easy to move to the right spot after we built it.Overall, great value, really nice product

Good Deck Heater
This was an anniversary gift for our daughter and her husband. They had recently just had their back deck torn down and rebuilt. This was the perfect addition to the new deck. They love this heater.

They sent me a chair instead of a heater???
I received a chair instead of a heater. They would not ship the heater until they received the chair back, so instead of a 4 day delivery on the heater it took 3 weeks to get it not to mention the hassles involved with shipping the chair back to them. Not very good customer service. The heater itself works fine other than the shelf does not sit strait and the main body has a dent and the reflector was scratched. All in all a bad experience.

Makes the most of my outdoor space
Just because it is cold outside does not mean that I no longer get to enjoy the space. The portable outdoor heater makes sure that I can still go outside and enjoy my yard even in the winter. Super simple to install, I just needed to go to home depot and buy a propane tank and this baby was ready to get to work. This helps keep guests that are outdoor warm even when it is cold. They are able to enjoy their smoke break comfortably and even has the small ledge to have a place to put their drinks down for a little bit. This heater allowed for my backyard space to be used even in the winter. Don’t need to worry about wearing the big bulky jacket when going outside for a quick break.

No complaints, everything exactly as described.The best part…… we were worried about how much heat would come off top of the unit as we have ceiling fans I didn’t want to warp from the heat, after running the unit on high heat for a hour I placed my hand 1″ from the top of the shield….. could barely feel the heat! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

We just received the unit and it’s not working. We have followed all instructions and the troubleshooting guide and it won’t stay lit although it’s 7C outside . Although it’s advertised as 1 year warranty, when I try to return it, I am finding out it’s not eligible for return so not only I won’t get my money back but we’ll have to pay for the disposal! Definitely not the customer service we expect !
