Swanson Mini Speed Square
Great! I have been using a standard size speed square in the shop for years. It’s nice having a smaller on that fits in an apron pocket. Very handy!

Great Square
Swanson squares are the benchmark from which others are measured and this trim square stays true to Swanson’s reputation. I damaged my other red trim square from HD and replaced it with this and have found it’s markings and features to be better than others. Great addition to my other Swanson tools.

Awesome little square
Very handy little square that has useful angle templates built in. Use it mkre than my regular speed square because it works great when working with 2×4’s

Like all of my Swanson speed squares, this one does it job VERY very well. Solid well built with clear marking. I have had ) of these but they keep getting taken from job sites if that give you an idea how handy they are..! The 1/4” & 3/8” offset is soo nice for fitting door jamb and stops and the ability to quickly make and mark angled cuts is great ! The metal material it’s made from is thick and solid, well built and machined ! Just wish they were a little less pricey ;)I just bought 3 more to have on hand when my current square grows legs on the next jobsite

This is spot on. I’ve been after a small speed square for months but this is the first one that has been a reasonable price. Well made, no sharp edges and it’s square! Perfect for the smaller jobs and easy to carry in a pocket or pouch.

Speed squares are those tools that once in your life you never want to lose. A 4.5inch (11.5cm) one even more so,Made of high end and thick aluminium so they are tough. Multiple uses for DIY – great for drawing consistent lines, aligning tools, cutting straight etc.Personally a metric version would be great, but the usefulness of a small robust triangle can’t be underestimated despite its form of measurement.Even if you’re not big on DIY, buy one a throw it in your ‘things’ draw. It’ll be used more than you think.These will last a lifetime, so brilliant value for money.
