Did not work as 3 way switch. UPDATE!! 🙂 We have seen the enemy and he is us.
UPDATE !! I have installed one of these switches as single pole, and they work just fine. U-tec replaced the third, three-way, and it still didn’t work. They have emailed me regularly over the last 6 months, offering me assistance to correct the install, and I am sure would have sent me another replacement had I requested it. I finally gave up, since I believe it is an error in my house wiring [new home!] In the end, however, the customer support was really exceptional. Thank you, Utec for your fantastic follow-up and service.An experienced person installed these switches for me. They work, but not as three way switches. I then had to wait to contact an electrician to come check it all out. He checked everything, read the directions, read the website, and the conclusion as that the switches just do not work three way. In the meantime I missed the Amazon return window, and am now stuck with these switches that I can’t use. Also, on the website it warns not to place more than one smart switch on a circuit. This info is not in the printed directions. The electrician also checked to make sure there were no other smart switches on the circuit. They just do not work three way.

Kitchen lights are not responding
The review below was my original review. It was bad!But I felt an obligation to stress just how bad these really are. They don’t work, and the company takes no responsibility. They simply do no work. Sometimes they go on but not off. Sometimes they go off but not on. Often they just turn off for now reason. They always say “Not responding” even when they do. I wish I could just stand on a building and announce to the world how bad these are. Customer support always says the same thing – try resetting. I have now had them removed and paid an electrician a second time to install my new Kasa switches, which work wonderfully and I recommend highly.Buyer beware – these are pure unadulterated junk!!!========These are the worst Alexa switches I ever bought. They are difficult to program and then they constantly fail to respond. Slightest outage and you have to start all over. Update after a few weeks they started blinking on and off all day. I tried to reset them but now they are completely off line. Pure garbage

Easy Setup and Control of lights
This 3-way smart dimmer is very easy to install and setup to work with Google. It is so simple that anyone should be able to get it installed. It took only 15 minutes from the time I turned off the power until I turned it back on and got the smart dimmer to be completely setup in the app.

2 of 6 switches are faulty to the point of not being functional. 1 of the 4 switches has a connection issue, making it useless as a smart switch. So, 3 out of the 6 we purchased work as expected. I’ll update the review if the quality issues are resolved.

Once lose Alexa pairing useless
Connected and able to control with Amazon Alex for about a day and a half. Then lost pairing and unable to register again no matter what I do. Online reviews show MANY who purchase this switch have the same exact issue and there seems to be no fix. Utec contacted me via email and ask me to try to link to Alexa again and I tried the same process that previously failed many times times and it connected immediately, and I am now able to control with Alexa again now. Thank you utek

No lo compren, aparenta ser un buen producto, funcionó 2 meses y ya no funcionó correctamente. La aplicación tiene Bugs, comparando con otras apps es un poco más complicado configurarlo.
