Is customization available for the size and color of the shade sail?
Absolutely! We offer comprehensive customization services. You can choose the size, color, and shape of the shade sail to perfectly match your outdoor space and personal style, all within a 2-3 business day lead time.
How do I choose the right size shade sail?
Measure the area you wish to shade and pick a sail at least 1-2 feet larger than that area. Identify 4 mounting points, leaving 0.5-1 foot between each sail corner and its mount for ensuring the sail is stretched taut and flat.
How do I install a shade sail?
1.Install Pad Eyes at mounting points.
2.Connect each corner’s D-Ring to these points using ropes or turnbuckles, not too tightly at first.
3.Finally, incrementally increase tension to achieve a flat, tight sail surface.
Is hardware included with the shade sail? Which kit should I buy if it’s not?
Our shade sails come with D-rings for straightforward installation. Additional hardware is not included and can be purchased separately if required. We recommend our specially designed hardware kit for an optimal and efficient installation.
Material: our rectangle shade sail fabric is made of woven HDPE ( High Density Polyethylene), corner D rings are made of stainless steel, which are attached to the heavy duty white webbing. Note, this style is not waterproof
Functionality: water permeable and breathable, allowing water and air to pass through regardless of the weather; and blocks up to 95% of harmful UV rays and sunlight, significantly lowering temperatures by at least 10–15 degrees

A great product for keeping UV rays off; allowing air to circulate through. The Royal Blue colour looks amazing atop of my new deck (pressure treated wood in brown, with black metal spindles). I bought the shade in size 8ft. X 10ft.; for the deck size 10ft. X 14ft. The metal fasteners are sold separately and are adjustable for attaching the shade.Sorry, I did not take a picture, when deck was finally finished in September 2023. I had an operation, that kept me indoors. Husband’s 2 small grandsons got to play on it and celebrate their birthdays together; all three of them. Lol!
