Excellent alternative to ceiling or wall lights
Excellent alternate option to wall or ceiling stair lights! With an open floorplan I did not want to have wall sconces for the stairs. Adjustable brightness and speed of sequencial tread illumination you can customize your preferences. I put cabinet magnets on a lower rizer and mounted the connections and controls on a board and hid everything in the stairs. Installed 4 months ago. Zero issues. Installation went well with provided instructions and video

I have 17 stairs and the package came just with 15 led stripes and the seller was kind enough to ship me additional stripes free of charge + some extension cords! After installation it works as advertised – highly recommended!

This stair lighting kit has been a great addition to my home especially for the nice ambiance on the stairs. The motion sensor works flawlessly lighting up the stairs as soon as I approach it which is perfect for nighttime use. The daylight sensor ensures the lights only turn on when it’s dark saving energy during the day. I love the multiple functions like the ability to adjust the brightness and how long the lights stay on. Installation was easy and the kit feels durable.

The product is impressive to see and really does enhance the visual appeal of a room and stairway, providing a cool glow that really catches people’s eyes and makes for a great conversation starter. The product is also highly functional, and while it has great aesthetic appeal, utilizing the motion sensing of the product allows you to navigate the staircase more safely in the dark without having to feel around for a switch. The product is relatively straightforward to wire together and physically install, but to get the full aesthetic of the set, a more professional installation that involves drilling into the wood of the staircase to hide the bulk of the wiring, which can be quite a process and may be worth hiring a professional to help out.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
