Midea Customer Support admits that they LIE
The box says Drain Hose Included, so when I received a box that was missing a hose, I thought it was a mistake. But after a month, Midea’s customer support team admits that the box is a LIE – they say they do not provide a drain hose. I don’t know why the box says that they do, and nothing tells you what type of hose you need to but if you want it to drain continuously. Anyone who admits that they are intentionally deceiving customers shouldn’t be selling on Amazon.
