Convenient Charging Outlet with a Minor Drawback

This is the second one we have purchased. The inclusion of two USB and two USB-C ports sets it apart from many other outlets on the market, making it a rare find for those who rely on a mix of charging cables.The standout feature of this outlet is undoubtedly its versatility. With two traditional USB ports and two USB-C ports, it caters to a wide range of devices, from smartphones to the latest gadgets equipped with USB-C connectivity. This flexibility eliminates the need for multiple adapters or hunting for specific outlets, simplifying the charging process for my household.The charging speed of the ports is commendable, delivering a reliable and efficient power supply to my devices. Convenient
Easy to install (for someone with basic knowledge of electricity). Works great, i have a few of them installed throughout my house so now i don’t need those little cube adapters anymore.

Charges the I-phone and I-pad!
I was worried about one review that mentioned it would not charge Apple products. Worked on all my Apple phones and I-pads. Hooked this up to 120v GFI junction box and we are good to go! Quality felt good and the USBs plugs are snug.

Not for Apple products
Plugged my Apple Mag Safe charger into the usb-c outlet. It would not charge my iPhone 13. If I plugged the Mag Safe into a different outlet with a usb-c it worked fine. If I plugged in something other than the Mag Safe, like a rechargeable flashlight, it would charge the flashlight. There is not enough power on the usb-c side to operate Mag Safe charging. Maybe if only one usb-c port was used and no others it might work. But that would defeat the purpose and design of the outlet.

Vrey convenient
I replaced an outlet I had with this and recently had house guests for a week. It was great as everyone could charge their phones and there were not wires all over the house, it was all localized and no one was looking for a cube to use.. I have since added some more in kitchen so when I am working there I can just plug the wire and no more looking for the cubes.

Pretty handy
I had a dead switch in my 1/2 bath, and wanted to cover it with something useful. I’m not a fan of the price, but this served my purpose well. I charge my phone and Xbox controller with it.

Piece of junk. Won’t charge Samsung Fold, Flip, or USB Power Bank
I should have known the price would be too good for a dual USB-C and dual USB-A outlet.When I connect it to the Samsung phones, it says there’s a problem with the device plugged in and my phone even tried to charge the outlet one time. My power bank simply refuses to take a charge from the USB-C outlet.The only outlets that work are the USB-A outlets and they are very slow. I even bought a second outlet thinking that I had a defective one. Both were apparently defect free, they just don’t work as designed. I also reached out to the company and they promptly replied and said an engineer would reach out to me to troubleshoot but they never did. Now I am stuck with 2 useless USB outlets because (my fault), I missed the return window.I regret buying this.
