This is a real review from a random person who read way to many reviews and took a chance and seriously the nicest shower head system I have ever seen and works better than the fancy hotels in Vegas that I go to every month. I usually don’t write review’s. But this thing is unbelievable for the price.First quality feeling to it and looking as well. It is very nice and sturdy. I didn’t expect it to be this nice. It really does go together so easy. Just use the white tape it comes with and wrap it to the right. Like one time around all the places that screw together and no leaks at all with only hand tightening except for wear it connects to the spout make sure you use tape and the little wrench but don’t over tighten.So Amazing! Pressure and I had a nice Waterpik before that is expensive from Costco and never was like this. Plus the filter tube. Who knows if it actually is cleaning anything but at least it bigger particles for sure. It filled up my tub after turning the water on fully and my tub drains super fast. So I never had this kind of pressure. I read so many reviews for so many products and for real this is the one.So last the modes. I like kind of “Mist” so this one had 2 mist modes. One that combines 3 streams of what I call harder mist which is perfect and also had a real mist mode that would be like a sauna if left on with hot water and it still is amazing pressure but doesn’t feel like hard or like pins and needles so maybe those filters really help soften the water. And it has like 8 modes and every one from every other shower head I’ve owned all in one shower head. Even the hose itself is very nice quality and not cheap feeling. The thing is very adjustable yet solid felling. Again I don’t do reviews but I am so happy for the first time in who knows how long with this purchase. This is way better than expected and buy it while it’s only 59 bucks and you got a high end hotel style shower in your house. Oh and the pressure washer feature is insane. It actually works for real just like it should. It shoots hard single stream out the end.All around surprisingly amazing for a brand I never heard of. Thank you for making a quality product for once that actually made me happy I chose it after looking at and reading so many reviews and descriptions lol. Keep it up and advertise more and you will take over the market with a product like this for the price.And I am a real person really making this review.

Leaks and mobility but company resolved nicely
This dual shower head has some nice features. A single fixed large rain like head and a smaller adjustable spray handheld one. Both have filters.Instructions are easy to follow and it seems to be a well made product.After assembling with a light round of plumber’s tape the seam behind the coax nut of the larger head began to leak and allowed the larger head to swivel left and right.I removed the tape on the water supply and the same thing happened.The smaller handheld spray functioned very well as did the rain shower. The gps was not rated and the rain shower is strong but I’d say it won’t quickly rinse shampoo quickly from hair. I’d have used the handheld which seemed to have stonger water flow and better options in the spray. A rain shower-head is supposed to be gentle.There is ample hose on the handheld and sturdy. I did like that both the large head and smaller one both have filters.One other issue was the large head was facing the wrong way after assembling but I was able to turn it around on the ball joint.I contacted the manufacturer and they realized I had done everything possible to attach this successfully.I ended up not keeping it and I will compliment the manufacturer for the quick and helpful experience in this matter.In the end my problem might have been that the water supply pipe did not let the coax nut all the way on. This could be why the larger head swiveled and had leaked. Perhaps if the nut had a longer thread or my pipe had more thread, it would have worked. My old waterpick handheld did not have this problem.Plumbers say tape is not necessary to use if you are putting a plastic nut on a metal pipe. Make sure to remove all old tape and clean connection.The manufacturer actually suggested to try connecting without tape first as it can actually prevent a better connection.I wish it had worked. It seemed to have nice functions.Much thanks to the manufacturer for their quick help .

Great product, but maybe not for the elderly
I really love this product. It was easy to install and I haven’t had leaks so far. My skin feels softer using a filtered shower head and I like the variety of settings. The only issue is that the black button on the handheld shower head is easy to accidentally push, causing water to shoot out from the top. It doesn’t stop when you let go of the button. You need to push the other side. My 92-year-old mother didn’t realize she pushed it and water shot up to the ceiling, causing it to drip all over the shelves, floor, etc. We had a good laugh over it, but I had to order a different handheld shower head without that feature. I wish there were a way to lock it closed.

I am loving this so far. Just installed it yesterday and it was super easy to install. I love the rainshower head and how it can be moved easily to any position. I also love that the handheld is part of the base and doesn’t need a separate set up on my shower wall.There are so many settings on the handheld and the massage ones are nice and powerful. The jet stream on the top for cleaning is super powerful, it was taking off dirt within seconds.I love how you can easily switch between shower heads. I like to start with both on but when I condition my hair I like to leave it in for a few minutes so turning off the rainshower head allows me to continue to shower while leaving my conditioner or mask in my hair.So far so good, this was a great deal for the money.

Great combo! Finally something that makes my cheap shower/tub in my rental feels like luxury! I had no installation issues, doesn’t leak and fit perfectly, love that you can use the main alone, combo, or small only that’s very nice! In terms of installation I have nothing to say, my 4 starts review is because for some reason the main one “screams” a little its not loud but its there like a squeaky hamster wheel and I cant figure our why, maybe pressure? I bought 2 because I love it that much and both of them “squeaks” its livable but very strange as both of them do it. I have 2 silver version.

Editing my review: we had a crack on install contacted the supplier within a day had a response and a new part on the way. Received the part within days and have received the best customer service I have had in along time !!! And our shower head is amazing ! Highly recommendI would give this a 5 star cause it’s beautiful and great water pressure but like others ours came cracked and is now leaking from the side of the port. We have already installed this so disappointed
