    So far so good
Have had this for a while and have zero issues so far. Used it to make a dog waterer as it was affordable. It seems really high quality, use it probably 2 or 3 times a week, and I use it for more than dog water. Use it for watering can, mop bucket for robot mop, filling big water filter, it works great and looks great!

    Gorgeous and practical!
Pot fillers are an amazing accessory for a cooks kitchen. We use ours to fill pots on the stove and even our coffee pot!I chose this one because it had a certain mid-Century flare. That brushed nickel is just glowy under the cabinet lights.High quality workmanship, easy to install.

    Beautiful
Looks beautiful in the home !Small factor to mention is that a water filter cannot be added but other than that it’s worth the buy!! beautiful finish, heavy metal, super functional , keeps you hands free and germ free. You can run over to the kitchen sink and use your elbow to turn on the water then dispense your soap into your hands and lather up . I like it for it’s one handed or no hands use!

Great although short for countertop installation
Love this faucet! One thing that could be improved is a longer column or shank for installation. I installed thus next to my sink through the countertop. Because of the extra thickness it connects however I’m tightening it at least once a week and its not super stable when pulling out and retracting the hose. I’m sure installing it directly in sink holes the length would be great with secure tightening and stability. I will say though that I still love this faucet! Quality and function is great. Oh, also because of my counter thickness I don’t use the retracting weight because to use it properly the hose doesn’t extend as far as I want. Those few inches of counter changed the function. So bear this in mind. Or to Lordear if you adjust your design based on this info please let us know in a new description for this item. Thanks. Best to anyone reading this. Enjoy your kitchen!

Seems like a quality item with one glaring fault.
It seems like a quality item, finish is nice, action of the valves is smooth. I ended up returning it for one simple reason – the escutcheon (the piece that trims the faucet pipe as it exits the wall.) will never seal correctly. The hole in the piece is too small the slide over the faucet body but does slide loosely over the brass pipe nipple. The rubber seal will never seal against the threads of the nipple, and it will always sit “off center” of the faucet and move when touched during cleaning. That issue aside – it also means that unless you manage to install the nipple with just the precise amount of exposure outside the wall, there will be a sliver of brass nipple exposed between the faucet and the finished trim piece. Thats exactly the part you want to cover up. Not enough exposure, and you’ll crush the trim piece. In addition, the reinforcement flange only tightens down on the brass nipple. It leaves the soft brass as the only support of the faucet. Other (better designs, IMO) have a trim piece and reinforcement flange that slides over the body of the faucet. This gives you much better support, with less fussy installation and a proper seal between the trim piece, the faucet and the finished wall. It a shame, because the style and finish are exactly what I was looking for, but the implementation is just not good. The rest of the faucet seems to be of high quality and nicely finished.

    Looks nice, but …
It is a really nice looking faucet, but the design engineering leaves quite a bit to be desired. Out of the box its packaged and protected well. However, as others have commented, there is simply no known wrench that will reach down into the faucet to allow you to tighten the hot/cold water lines that thread into the faucet. (Supply lines are male ends with two o-rings that thread into the faucet base. The female threads are recessed into the base of the faucet.) Although I was able to get a small open end wrench in to partially tighten one water line, a little bit, after the first line is installed, there is simply no way to tighten the second line except by hand. Hold/Cold are marked on the supply lines, but sadly, not marked on the faucet or instructions! FYI, as you face the faucet, with the control valve on the right of the faucet, the front supply is cold, and the back is hot. But then, the control valve is not marked for hot/cold so until you learn which way to turn the valve, you are guessing if you are going to get hot/cold water. Definitely not well suited if you have children who might be scalded because the hot water is not marked. Also definitely not sold brass. The internals might be brass, but the bulk of the faucet is one or more other metals. As another reviewer suggested, remove the aerator before running water the first time. Wrap it with a cloth or tape before attempting to remove it so your wrench does not leave marks on it. There was something inside my spout that the water washed out but I don’t know what it was. Except as noted above, installation was a piece of cake. Attach supply lines. Thread unit through counter hole. Thread anchoring nut on from underneath. Anchoring nut was large and designed to be hand and leverage (screwdriver?) tightened. No need for a faucet wrench or to torture oneself tightening it down. That was a plus.
