This Sink is a Quality Product and a Great Value
My wife wanted to replace a cheap plastic laundry room tub sink with a stainless steel unit. After doing some quick comparison research of various brands on Amazon, I selected this Lordear unit due to other positive reviews, and overall looks and pricing of the sink. The unit arrived very nicely packaged and had no damage whatsoever.Quality of construction is great, and the stainless finish was perfect. Installation went very smoothly, thanks to all the needed components (drain/basket/stopper) being included. Some other reviewers complained about the under counter hold-downs being in the way to too flimsy. I did not find this to be the case. They were perfectly adequate, and the sink is primarily held down with a competent caulk job. This sink is a great value for the $ and the wife loves it.

Nice, solid sink!
Shipping was fast, package was very well protected and everything was included. Installation was very easy in my 36″ cabinet. I didn’t have to make any adjustments to the opening, but this sink does fill that opening very well. It does come with a template. My only issue, minor at that, were the clips. Because this sink fills up the opening space, the clips were hard to install in the back of the sink. They were an odd type of clip that I hadn’t used before, but they were easy enough to figure out. This is a gorgeous, solid sink and it looks absolutely beautiful in my island with the matching gunmetal faucet I found on Amazon, as well. The only thing I would recommend is that you buy a gunmetal/black sink flange, also. I reused my stainless steel flange, and it’s fine. The dish grid that comes with it is also stainless steel, so the flange looks like it belongs in there. I just didn’t think of it ahead of time. I had the sink installed in about an hour and a half. It was the plumbing that took me a little longer since I was going from a shallow double basin to this work of art! There is an extra hole for a dish soap dispenser, but I installed a push-button for my disposal in there instead. The roll-up drying rack is a nice addition, too. Everyone who has seen this sink has just loved it. I could never have found something like this, for this price, in one of the big box stores.

Nice But The Slope Towards the Center Is Too Shallow
I like the way the sink looks. Our handyman had an easy time installing it even though the pipes had to be changed out and reinstalled to adapt from a double sink to a single. It still just dropped in after that. It seems so much more roomy because of being a single sink. My criticism, and four stars ⭐️) is that it’s hard to rinse out because it doesn’t slope much towards the center. It’s really takes effort to get it cleaned out.
