Nice kit for the price.
These lights were easy to install, but it was tricky to route the wires in a way I was happy with. Such is the struggle of buying a cheap safe. I wish i got the one with the door sensor, but the motion sensor works great.It lights up my whole safe perfectly, and i like the color of the lights. The kit also comes with plenty of extension cables, which is perfect for getting the lights exactly where i want them. I also appreciate that the kit comes with wire management. A lot of other kits don’t and they were definitely needed.Overall, this is a great kit for the money. It was easy to install and looks great. I would buy this again.****EDIT: I had to remove my photo because the review couldn’t be posted with firearms in the image. Which is weird because there are many other reviews with them in it.

Great light kit
Easy to install. Some of the cables could have been a bit shorter, or if the cables were more adjustable length wise, it would have been a little neater. But over all, it’s nice and bright, and I can now easily see into the deep dark depths of my tiny safe! Very adjustable, with extra lights available. Motion activated, great, turns on when I open the door, and stays on while I goof around in front of it. Great buy!

Easy to install
Easy to install and adjust for custom placement. As I started my install, I had a safe with full luxury covering and didn’t realize that the velcro (hook and loop) supplied with the lighting kit works very well. And even the small wire holders worked as I cut small strips of the supplied velcro, stuck it on the back and stuck them anywhere I wanted. Was able to remove and reset as needed.Again as I started I was having problems as I tried to screw the pieces on then discovered that the supplied velcro works great.Got the extra two light extension kit and my 72″ x 36″ safe is bright and well lighted and am able to see everything inside. Wish I had used this in my old safe long ago. The motion sensor works well and is nice to have light at first movement. has not gone off as long as I am accessing anything inside.Overall I am very happy with this lighting kit. YMMV.

Honest undercover lighting review
Overall, it’s a great system. It’s just a royal pain in the butt to install. Once done it works beautifully. It looks nice and the best part is you don’t have to charge anything. They’re hooked up to a 12 V power supply. It’s awesome. I love it. Love the way it looks and more importantly my girlfriend likes it. Installation is a bit tough. You might have to drill some holes through some stuff to hide the wires but in the end, it will look incredible. I love it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s into undercabinet lighting never mind that rechargeable💩. This is the way to go.

Decent Investment With Some Snags, Hopeful for Longevity
I bought two sets. One for under my cabinets and one for my pantry. Both came with defective motion sensors which is frustrating. I got them both exchanged and currently both are working correctly. Installing is very easy. Just peel and stick. I was even able to restock after I changed my mind on placement under the cabinet. The brightness is good enough for my purposes. I like this set over others for the pantry because the light strips are so thin I was able to fit them in between shelves. I’m only giving four stars for the initial broken motion sensors, and because if you have a break in the strip the rest of the lights are virtually useless. While I’m sure you can find parts somewhere to use the rest of the lights I searched for what I felt was a reasonable amount of time and was unable to find an adapter with the 3 prongs needed to fit the light strip. Seems wasteful. I’m hopeful they will last long enough to get my $20 each worth and for now I’m enjoying the task lighting on the counter and the lights when I open the pantry.

Exactly what we wanted!!!
My son and I are obsessed with these lights!! They were super easy to install, great quality, the door sensor is perfect and accurate and just perfect all around! I was looking for a way to light up my sons motocross gear locker/storage cabinet and after doing some research I came across these and I am so glad I did research instead of just buying the cheap ones I saw previously. These are inexpensive but they seem like they would be expensive. My son and I installed them within minutes. It would have taken less time and he could have done them in his own if I didn’t have ocd and have to measure everything out perfectly to make sure everything was perfectly centered etc haha. I’d buy this again and again. Zero complaints! They also come with multiple different supplies so you have different ways to mount them onto different surfaces! Love love love !!!!

Great while it lasted
Installed less then two weeks ago and light will not turn on anymore. Worked great for the 2 weeks it was installed but now dead. What a waste.

Highly recommend this kit.It was delivered next day and was easy to install…. some people said they did it in 5 or 10 min which I find hard to believe, but its not complicated at all, just took time adding the sticky velcro to the back of the LEDs.One thing to keep in mind when installing is the LEDs have a male on one end and female on the other. I just looked at the motion sensor and assumed the LEDs were all male. Luckily I somehow had them all lined up after install so it worked perfectly. Just pay attention to that when installing.I’ve just used the velcro to affix to the carpet inside. It is very sticky and should do just fine for most carpeted safes.The light is a bright white light as you can see.There is a bit of blue-ish stripe coming from one of them if you get down and look at it on the rug. But not something you notice unless you’re looking for it.Again, overall for $50 CAD I’m very happy with the purchase.

I have had these lights up for a few months now, set up is easy but takes a bit of time to stick all the parts. every once in a while (once a month) the motion sensor decides to stop working so the lights don’t come on, after unplugging and plugging it back in, it works without issue until the next time.
