The first one i got, the glass was broken, amazon sent me another one after I reported it and the tripod came broken. I had to end up using my camera tripod which doesnt move the lazer as indicated but the second shipment lazer itself did work fine, but you’ll have to have or order a tripod.

Easy to use and blinks until you are in alignment.
Used this to help my father in law align a new tv on the wall. It works so good and blinks until you get the line straight so there is no way to mistake when you have it aligned correctly. You can use it with the tri pod or without and it is super easy to use. Love this as an essential to my mama tool box.

This is a pretty cool item, i had some crap to hang with multiple fastening points so that meant i had to get it right because there was no adjusting once it was up. Worked great so i tried it after verifying with an actual level that what it said was level was actually level, say that theee tines really fast …any how, i had to make a cutout in a wall for the sugar and rice and other crap so i used this exclusively to find level and plumb edges and it worked great. Honestly this should be a 5 star review and it would of been for my use, but the description stated it was also suitable for construction which implies commercial usage. This thing will outlast me probably but that is taking great care of my stuff. I dont think I’ll ever have an issue with any if it, but if i was to hand it to my uncle that runs a construction crew it wouldnt stand a chance. The level itself would likely be fine but the tripod would likely not make it a week, especially after their lunch stop at the corner store for 2 for 1.50 hot dogs and 99 cent tallboys. Every man on the crew drops 5 bucks a piece and some dont get hotdogs. In my hands itll last forever, in the hands if beer breath Billy, it would likely be less fortunate.

Seems good quality but tough to figure out
I think this is a good quality laser level, however it’s not without issues. I wished the legs of the tripod could have opened a little wider so that I could have lowered the laser unit down a bit more. I needed to hit something slightly lower than what the tripod would allow. When I took it off and tried to manually hold it at the level I needed it, the lines weren’t steady making it tough to get the exact level I needed. I tried referring to the instructions to see if there was a way to stabilize the laser, but unfortunately the instructions are a bad translation from another language, so it was tough to get any help there. If there is a way to stabilize the laser, then it’s great. If not, then not so much. Perhaps someone else will inherently know what to do with this, but as someone who generally reads the instructions, there is no help there and the device is not particularly intuitive.

Great, Affordable Laser Level
At the time of this review, the model I have costs $26.99. It comes with the laser level, mounting hardware, a case to protect the level itself and an aluminum tripod. It also comes with rechargeable batteries as well two AA batteries (perhaps as backup?). This is perfect for the home user, as those in the trades would likely spring for a commercial-grade unit. The laser is bright green and outshines the brightest lighting; there’s a power save mode where you can dim the laser a bit. When in self-leveling mode, the laser blinks if the head is not close enough to level, so you know you’re out of plumb. Directions are simple and straightforward.Gotta love when reasonably-priced options do what they’re supposed to do out of the box.
