Very helpful for crawling around on cement
These were very comfortable and stayed in place. I wore them for 2 days 8 hours each crawling around the cement floor and they never gave me problems. I don’t know if you are supposed to wash them but I did and they came out fine. The people I was working with said they were going to order a set to save their knees.

They Don’t stay on.
These are great protection for the knees, but the velcro doesn’t hold well. They pop off when you bend your knees. They even pop off when walking at times. Would not recommend.
