Buttons are unreasonably hard to press
I agree with some other reviewers that this has really hard to press buttons. It makes it feel cheap to have to smash on the panel instead of being able to easily press on. Sometimes I opt not to use when I would otherwise hear because I don’t want to have to deal with turning it on.

A must have for every bathroom
I have really enjoyed having this heated towel rack. It was easy to install, it took maybe 45 minutes total. I was surprised by how light it is. I think it looks great and there is nothing quite like having a pre-warmed towel when you get out of the bath or sauna. I’m not deducting a star for it however I do need to mention that the button controls are a little finicky, or perhaps it was me not knowing how to use them properly. Everything is good now. I’m rating this one a MUST HAVE for every home or apartment.

Cold towel rack.
Doesn’t warm the towels as desired. I ran a dedicated circuit for this and that was overkill. Im unsure of the wire gauge that the warmer came with however it was much smaller than the 12/2 wire that I ran. That was the first indication that its low voltage. Looks nice though. Don’t waste your money.

Works well if you can get it turn on
This product seems to be well made and is easy to install. It heats up quickly and does a great job drying and warming towels. However, I find the controls to be very difficult to operate. it takes considerable force to get the unit to turn on.

Awesome Towel Warmer!
I’ve been using this for two months and it works great! My husband installed it pretty quickly and easily. It makes the towels warm for my facials and after showers. It’s very durable, it’ll hold a lot of towels and the matte black part hasn’t scratched at all. Great value for the price!
