Know what you’re doing
Don’t buy this unless you know what you’re doing, instructions are just pictures that don’t make full sense. First the valve adapter broke, I put on hand tight first, turned the water on, had a small drip, began slowly tightening with wrench and the adapter popped and sprayed water. Went to home depot, got a better brass adapter, that worked but then tested the seal on the cup and had a drip under the sink, slowly tightened and leak got worse, took it off and the cheap gasket had torn. So now I’m using a sealant, should be good but has a 24 hr cure time. For $47 I wish I had just bought the better quality option

Do not buy this product. There’s a picture that shows a person holding the sprayer because it isn’t secured to anything and otherwise uses gravity to hold itself in place and doesn’t have a good enough seal. It leaks through this opening because water sprays the cup and tries to run out the shielded design but also drips down the cables which ends in major leaking!!! Who makes this product? Not Americans.

I couldn’t wait to open this Glass Rinser and Cup Washer, and I installed it the moment it arrived! I simply removed my old sprayer and replaced it with this, and wow—I don’t know how I ever survived without it. The 360° rotating spray nozzle is amazing, and the pull-out design makes it so easy to reach every angle. I’ve used it on water bottles, coffee thermoses, and even baby bottles, and it cleans everything quickly and thoroughly. The tilted base prevents splashing, which keeps my sink area neat, and the whole thing feels solid and well-made. This has truly transformed my kitchen cleanup routine—I’m obsessed and can’t recommend it enough!
