Nice Faucet for the Price
This is a nice faucet for the price. The main materials are brass or stainless steel, no inexpensive zinc. The finish looks to be just as good as name brands. The sprayer is a nice feature and the hose is a nice looking corrugated metal. The kit includes floor mounting bolts for concrete so if this is going on a wood sub floor correct hardware will need to be sourced. A few issues. The supply lines are 3/8″ braided, the same size as a sink faucet, so filling the tub takes time. Also, I couldn’t find any compatible rough in valve with stops so plan on assembling something with drop ears and straight stops or angle stops. The sprayer mounting arm is not clocked correctly so the sprayer head does not sit perfectly vertical. The instructions are not clear on which inlet is hot or cold when connecting the braided supply lines so some educated guess work is needed. FYI, the hot inlet is closest to the hot marking on the control handle and vice versa. All and all, a decent deal for a nice faucet.

I do this with all of my faucets, so they don’t get that hard water mineralization.Installation & Assembly: The assembly is straightforward and simple, with just a few rubber washers to get right. Just remember the golden rule of plumbing: don’t overtighten. A firm hand may be all you need, and maybe a cloth or a strap wrench for grip, but you want to avoid flattening those rubber gaskets. The weight is appropriate for a brass fixture. Note: Faucet is anchored to the floor. The weight of the spray handle is easy to manage with the hose and brass head.Installation can be a creative process. The fixture has a sturdy brass floor mount and anchors for concrete floors, but it’s adaptable. If you’re working with wood framing or other configurations, a professional can find other creative ways to connect it seamlessly. It’s ready to go if you are pre-plumbed or if this is a replacement fixture. MODERN BATHROOM TUB FAUCET:OVERVIEW: This is a modern floor standing faucet usually used with an indoor bath tub.INSTALL: Installation is fairly easy as this is a stand alone item with only hot and cold water supply lines to connect. Additionally, fasteners are used to mount it to the floor.ASSEMBLY: Assembling the faucet is easy and only takes a few minutes.THE DETAILS: The water supply lines are provided and they reach the brass tripod under the cover at the bottom of the faucet. Seems like the supply lines are a fairly small diameter for filling a large tub.IN USE: I installed my faucet as a movable outdoor faucet. Thus, I had to create a base to mount the faucet to and add fittings to the water supply line that adapt from indoor plumbing to outdoor garden hose type fittings. Since this will be cold water only, I used a brass 10mm “faucet inlet hose plug” to block the hot supply port inside the faucet. This faucet works great for filling water bottles to take down to the chickens, washing puppy paws, filling the bird bath and so much more. It is lovely in the landscape too! The next step is to place the faucet and hide the plywood base under stones, wood chips or the like. I left the base exposed so you could see it.FINAL NOTE: Lovely in the landscape, super useful, freestanding faucet. I hope this review helps…

Heavy duty faucet with a handheld shower wand
We replaced a much cheaper faucet with a similar design, so our connections were perfect for this install. Hot and cold supply lines were in just the right place, making this install very easy. We love having the wand, something we didn’t have for the tub. We have a separate tub and shower. We have one in the shower, but having a wand in the tub is great. Easy way to wash hair in the tub, especially with children. Would love to have had this when our kids were infants. We have really good water pressure, so the pressure from the faucet is good, as is the pressure in the wand, but the wand isn’t as strong; more gentle. Everything works just as it should, the instructions were easy to follow, it has a really good look, in black. A good value, and a well made faucet.
