These work great!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are bigger than I expected and they work great! Glad I got them! You can use a quarter inch impact with a 10mm to loosen and tighten them!

Screws that hold push plate is to weak and easily snaps off
Made strong and sturdy. Does not accommodate double joist. I have to return. Thank goodness I recieved 2. Neither lasted. Each one lasted about 10 to 15 deck boards and i loved it, until the screw on the end that pushes on the board broke. I would attempt to drill out but afraid I would not be able to return if I damaged it. Needs a larger or stronger screw. I would suggest changing out the screw. Pictures attached

Worked Great
For the price you get two which is handy and almost neccessary. One was good but two was even bettery. Easy use, reccomend immediately tightening the ball nuts at the end of the leavers so the crank leavers do not fall or you loose the ball nuts as I did.

Great For Getting More Usable Lumber From Warped, Discounted Big Box Store Culls
Any time I am in my local big box building supply store I check their cull cart for lumber deals. Even when I don’t need lumber their discounts for the culls is too good to pass up. I know I’ll always need it later. They fill the carts with warped, bowed, broken, and otherwise 2nd class lumber. Sometimes it is as simple as cutting a short piece off the end, other times a piece may be bowed or warped the full length. I may have this part backwards but often, with a bow, it is as simple as fastening a board down whereas, with a warp, options are more limited. Sometimes those have enough flexibility to hold it in place by hand while fastening. Other times it is impossible and/or needs mechanical help. I once fastened a warped treated 10 foot 2×4 to the floor in an out of the way place in my shop knowing it would one day be more manageable. It was eventually straight again. Now I have some seconds from not only the big box store but also a local sawmill. I’m using it to build a deck. Many of my deck boards are warped enough that fastening them as is would leave too much of a gap in the middle. Cutting a straight piece from them would be too much waste. This tool will help me use many of those otherwise unusable boards, straightening as I go. When I’m not using this for my deck I have a lay down area where I’m going to use it to straighten some boards for other future projects. The tool is overall well built. I’m not going to use it with a drill and not sure it would hold up to constant, long term drill use. Having a head for a wrench is great though to get more leverage using one with a longer handle. I need all the help I can get with my arthritis. The ball ends of the handles were loose. I hand tightened them back but they didn’t have the feel of something that would stay tight. I’ll either put some pipe tape on the threads or simply apply some super glue.Great product. Great value.

Overall not bad.The good:Heavy dutyVery easy to use (used for 16 foot deck boards)Can clamp it, set it and leaves hands free to screw the boards to the joistsThe not so good:One of the two threaded screws came slightly bent but it had no impact on the useThe threaded ball bearings on the metal bar that allow to turn the screw keeps coming loose so pay attention or you may lose them (a little lock tight solved this).
