Good product and Service
This is my second time ordering this wi-fi dimmer. The first installed perfectly for my outdoor deck LED lighting. It connected easily to my wi-fi and performs exactly as I wanted. It has good dimming capability, fades in and out per the app, turns on and off per the app, and can be run on a schedule or a routine.My second order came with the wire caps missing and looked like it had been installed before and probably returned. I tried to install it buy it didn’t turn the light off or on, so I returned it without any problem and asked for a replacement. The replacement came and I attempted to install it and it still didn’t work. I contacted customer service by email and got an overnight response with valid suggestions. They suggested testing the wires for current and lead, and also the white neutral wire is required, which I also attached to the switch. It still didn’t work. I came to find that the white neutral wire in my home wiring which was done by an electrician, was never connected to the light fixture, so the switch didn’t function. I found it and I connected it and the switch works perfectly just like the other that is used for the deck.What I really appreciate is that ELEGRP got back to me quickly with a response and some suggestions almost immediately. They then followed up with me to see if their suggestions were helpful, and they would have been if my electrician had connected all the wires. The response and followup would make me use their products again. I’ve seen reviews that are very critical of the product support, but that isn’t my experience. I’m very impressed with the product and the support. Additionally, the app seems to be well thought out and works well as a stand-alone or with my Simplethings hub.

Great product and easy to install and use.
Works grey and easy to install. I used these Smart Switches to replace an older model after that Hub went bad. These new switches cost less than replacing the older smart hub. So easy to install I am ordering more to add more smart switches around the house.

Great dimmer switches – adjustable “low” setting
When I first installed these, they didn’t dim down very far. I contacted the seller and they provided instructions to adjust the switches. After making the adjustment, these switches work very well. I was advised against these switches but took a chance on them and am very glad I did. They work great. I’m very happy with them.

Get what you pay for
Bought 4x sets of 2Switches presented as “ok” at first.HOWEVERThey constantly drop out from wifi, and are inaccessible.The only way to get them to reconnect is to press and hold the “off” position for 6 seconds to “initiate pairing” and let it time itself out and reconnect to the network. Which is in NONE of the documentation.This is the only work around to get them to reconnect i have found, AS THERE IS NO power RESET SWITCH.HOWEVEREven this only lasts for a few minutes before the device becomes unavailable.I have tried blocking the switches IP addresses from the internet, as sometimes there can be overlapping connections from Tuya and the smart life apps which can cause conflict and dropout.HOWEVERthis did not fix the problem.I will be returning the lot of them.I took a chance on ELEGRP because there arent that many options for black Smart Switches.My Advice to you, DONT.Go to martin jerry and spend the extra money.

Works great with Alexa. Super convenient features
I’ve just installed my 9th smart dimmer ELEGRP switch and felt like I needed to review the product. Starting with the Elegrp app everything is very simple. The how to videos and links are very descriptive on setting up the app to control each dimmer. It was a little trickier to set up Alexa. About 4 times as many steps with the Alexa app but again with the description and how to videos it works great. With one command “goodnight” I can turn off every switch in my house. Can also set routines which allows my patio lights to always come on at sunset and always off at sunrise. These lights were quite significantly cheaper than some of the well know brand name competitors. I’ve never used any of those lights so I can’t compare. But from my experience with these lights. 5 star. Only one time did I have a problem. A blinking red light came on and the app would not connect to lights. I simply reset my internet router and reconnected the lights from step one and it all worked perfectly

Sexy, slick and work great. Customer service is amazing, too!
One stopped working after a few weeks, but their customer service was very responsive. They told me how to troubleshoot the issue and when that didn’t work, they replaced it immediately.They are super nice to look at and the indicator lights are not so bright they light up the room. They are easy to connect to Alexa, too. The plate covers have clips, so you don’t see the screws which is also a nice touch. If you’re looking for a great way to smarten up some old lights, this is a really good way to do it!Sometimes they do not reconnect to wifi if there’s an outage, which is a pain, but they work great with Alexa and manually.

Missing Feature
Nice product but missing a feature that I need, and that Kasa has, so I’m going back to Kasa. I have several lights in our primary bathroom, each with their own switch. I want to be able to turn on one of the switches and have all the lights come on. The only way to do that with ELEGRP is to go into their app and set up a scene. Works fine, but I want to be able to set it up in Alexa. So in Alexa I need to be able to set up a routine that detects when a ELEGRP switch is turned on, then turn on the others. Alexa doesn’t give you the option of detecting when a ELEGRP switch is turned on. Alexa does give you the option to detect when a Kasa switch is turned on.
