Works like it should and looks good
This electric towel warmer is really nice if you have the space for it and time to install it. It came well packaged and the box was in good shape. The shipping took no time also.It’s pretty much set up once you open the box. You just slide it out and follow the instructions to install it. If you got the plug in one you just plug it up but if you got the wired in then it should come with everything you need to wire it.It functions like it is suppose to. It heats up quickly and the heat level makes the towels nice and toasty. Not hard to use at all and I enjoy how it helps dry my towels after use. I freeze very easy so this was a nice touch to my bathroom.Overall it’s an okay value. Perfect if you really must have one of these. Kind of more of a want than a need but it does do the job

Warranty replacement
This towel warmer started off working great, but after a week and used only 4 times, it completely stopped working. Since our bathroom was being remodeled, by the time we purchased and then installed it, the return window was slammed shut. I contacted the seller, but got no response. We live in a humid environment and a towel warmer is a big help getting towels dry and not moldy smelling. Very disappointed. We’ve had 3 other towel warmers and all worked great for years.UPDATE: Warm Partner, the 3rd party company who sold this Towel Warmer, is honoring the 3 year warranty and sending a replacement. Hallelujah!!!! So I’m increasing stars from 1 to 4 in anticipation of a functioning replacement. Will write again IF the new towel warmer doesn’t perform, but if you don’t see any other UPDATE, then assume it’s as great as the previous ones we’ve used. Kudos to Warm Partner!!!

A sturdy towel warmer
Very easy to install. It comes with drywall anchors and screws. You have the option of hardwiring it, but it gives no instructions on how and just says have it installed by a licensed electrician since hardwiring requires you to cut the cord and wire it directly to a switch (most likely a completely separate circuit as well.) It looks good once installed. There’s a power switch near the bottom and it comes with a gold face plate for the junction box in the event you do decide to hardwire it.It hears evenly as well as keeps towels warm and dry. Overall a great product.
