Love it — feels like a spa at home!This towel warmer completely changed my morning routine. It heats up quickly and keeps my towels warm and cozy, perfect for after a shower or bath. I usually turn it on about 10–15 minutes before I’m done, and by the time I step out, the towel feels like it came straight from a luxury spa.The design looks sleek and modern, and it doesn’t take up much space. The stainless steel finish is easy to wipe clean, and the timer feature is super handy so I don’t have to remember to turn it off.I’ve even used it to warm small blankets and pajamas, such a great little touch, especially on chilly mornings.

Toasty Towels Every Time
Love it! It warms up fast, dries towels completely,and adds a sleek touch to my bathroom. Setup was surprisingly easy-Just follow the video guide. The timer function is a bonus ,so i don’t have to think about shutting it off. No more damp, Musty towels! It’s sturdy, well-made, and totally worth it. Wish i’d bought one sooner!

Fit, Form, Function all work well
Arrived promptly and packaged very well. Matte black is nice and even color. Temperature settings are varible as is the time period to leave on. We hard wired the unit and works very well. Size is slightly smaller than I expected but for two people it meets our need.Rated a 4 star because when setting timer, the only option is higher and the all the way around to off. There is not an up/down timer setting. Once the user is acclimated to how may hours they want, then its okay, but for the first few times we ended up going around a few times to go back to 2 hours, 1 hour etc.4.5 stars would be preferred rating.

DOESNT WORK – NO HELP FROM MANUFACTURER
Run away. Do not buy. I bought 2 – neither worked. Amazon would not give a refund because I tried to get it to work and that took too long. Hired an electrician, replaced the switch – all to no avail. Manuf. was of no help. Said I should plug in instead of hard wire – when I purchased it to hard wire. Goes on for 1-2 minutes, then immediately shuts down. Total waste of money.

This six-bar, WiFi towel warmer is quite nice. Detailed installation instructions were provided along with WiFi setup instructions. The SmartLife app allows me to set up a schedule, so I have it kick on about an hour before I wake so that my towels are nice and warm. I set it to cut off a couple hours after I typically get out of the shower so that my towel becomes completely dry for the next day. This device certainly prevents any sour smell from my towels simply air drying, thus reducing the number of times I must wash my towels.

We have this towel warmer for about 1 month and we love it. I like the temperature settings (most of the days I use it at 135, but on colder days I set it up for higher temperature). There is a trick on how to hang the towel to be toasty after taking a shower. The fact that turns off automatically is a bonus, this way you don’t need to come back and turn it off. Sometimes I use it to dry clothes that do not go in the dryer. Our towel warmer is brushed nickel version and it matches perfectly with knobs and faucets in our bathroom.We love it so much that we just ordered a smaller one for the second bathroom.
