This dehumidifier pulls an amazing amount of water out of the enviroment.
I run several dehumidifiers now & have used various makes over the years. I also use humidity/temperature sensors, so I know exactly how my dehumidifiers are performing. The Duracomfort my family call it “The beast” because it continually removes an amazing amount of moisture in a hurry. I bought it to use in my laundry which is a large area. I had previously used a ceiling fan which did not work so well during the rainy season. It has a large water container with handle is really convenient, I use the water in the garden to water plants & top the pool up. It has a pump to drain the tank & a permanent drain hose if required. I prefer to put the water it removes to good use! Lots of good things to say about this unit its very, very efficient at what it does. I wouldn’t use it in a bedroom at night as it’s not whisper quiet. The only thing I would like to have is a dual voltage 110/220v option & not just 110v. I use a voltage regulator to step my voltage down from 220v to 110v. The Wi-Fi works great, very easy to control the unit remotely. All good, I love it, works better than I had hoped.

1 month in and it does what is says it should.
I have been running this dehumidifier in my finish basement in the doorway to the unfinished(little more humid side) it is keeping it nice and dry feeling. Pumping automatically to my condenser drain. I am very happy.

Worth its weight in gold.
Must have for any large basement. It’s quiet as a church mouse & extremely efficient. Highly recommend.

Exhausts hot air
This dehumidifier does decrease the humidity. It is not too loud. We have not tried the pump yet, as we’ve been emptying the bin as needed. BUT hot air comes out into the room. It has heated the large room it is in by 4 degrees F. We aren’t very happy about that. Our son has a different brand that has cold air coming out, so we were surprised. This unit was $100 cheaper than his.

Basement finally dry — from 65% to 40% humidity!
I’ve had this DuraComfort dehumidifier running in my basement for a few weeks, and it’s been a game changer. Before, humidity hovered around 65%, and everything felt damp. Now it holds steady at 40%—no musty smell, no condensation, just clean, dry air. The unit handles the space easily, runs quietly, and the built-in pump makes draining to the outside completely hassle-free.The only thing I’m still scratching my head about is the filter situation. The “filter” light comes on, but I haven’t quite figured it out. The vendor told me the front grille is the filter, but I’m not convinced—there’s nothing to remove or rinse like on most dehumidifiers. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, just confusing.Overall, performance-wise, this thing absolutely delivers. If you’re fighting basement humidity, it’s worth every penny.

Great Dehumidifier
I have gone through 3 brands of dehumidifiers in my house and none of them could keep up. The DuraComfort has been a blessing for me. I live in a very high humidity area, and my AC could not keep up with the humidity in the house. This dehumidifier has the ability to keep up, and my house is way more comfortable now with this running. The pump is a great feature, so I am not emptying buckets of water, and it was very easy to set up. I 100% recommend this product.

Really humidifies and has a nice pump feature so you’re not constantly emptying the basket
I like the fact that it’s wireless, has three types of drainage, and really dehumidifies my basement where I keep my guitars. The directions are a little convoluted but the support gets back with you before days end. I like the fact that it has a pump with a 16 ft hose and you can put it down your sink drain where it works rather well. The only downside is some of the modes you cannot adjust the fan speed but all in all I’m glad I got it
