Perfect.
It works very well. What a dimmer switch should be. Smooth dimming, no click dial- get the exact brightness you want. Easy to install.

Very Nice Looking When Installed
Super easy to install and use. Replacing an older switch that had a huge round knob to turn the dimmer up and down. This looks much more modern (does not stand out like the old one did). Much better!

WILL BREAK UNEXPECTEDLY
Worked fine until This broke 6 months later. Traced back to a faulty switch. Won’t buy again 0/10. Do not buy

It’s good but…
Honestly not bad. First of all I think it’s important we get an understanding of the quality of this switch. The buttons are clicky but they aren’t too noisy. There’s an audible snap or click when you depress the buttons. They do their best to muffle it with rubber covers but it sounds like a remote control from a off brand Roku remote (I know you know what I mean)The build quality is solid though. Has a glossy smooth finish. However, I dunno if my house is just wired different one my living room plug but the load and live wires needed to be switched around in order to make it work. I also had a slight issue with the remote. As you see from the pictures I had to dissemble the remote in order to get it to work. The remote takes button cell batteries, CR2023, I know I went to the store and bought a pack.Turns out the battery wasn’t dead but the positive tab that the battery cell slides into wasn’t pulled up as much as it should’ve been. (See picture) The positive terminal wasn’t contacting the battery, therefor not powering the remote. After taking it apart by prying and unscrewing things I pulled on the positive contact tab so it would make contact with the battery put it all back together. Changed my bulbs to dimmable (very important, ask me how I know) and tested it and honestly it’s great. So far so good. I’m gonna give it 15 days to see if my wife and like it. But so far being able to turn the lights on from the back door (which is where I mounted the remote holder) I like it. There are improvements that more expensive dimmable switches have but in all honesty for the price this cannot be beat. With a little bit of ingenuity and have a bit of fun taking something apart you too can have this flawless, so far, working dimmable switch with remote.I also just want to say something else, one the screws was a different size entirely I noticed it while fixing the remote. Now it’s not a big deal at all but I just wanted to let you know that these are signs of a rushed manufacturing process. I would negotiate with your manufacturer. Not bad but definitely rushed. A good rule of thumb is the less you pay for something the faster/less tested the manufacturing and assembling process is.Manufacturers atleast some of the ones I worked with like to do their pricing by how fast each part takes to make and assemble.

This is excellent!
I love this. It’s the first piece of Chinese made electric house wiring that I’m glad I bought. The instructions are written in clear English. The need for a neutral wire is explained carefully, and the wires on the device are carefully labeled too. This is a superb way to add three-way, switching to a light which is built on a single switch, single pole circuit. We are using this to control our outdoor lights. The house came with one switch for those lights, which is at the front door. We wanted to be able to turn the lights on when we leave the back door too. Now we can do that. The part that replaces the single Poll switch that was existing has a little light in it to show if the outdoor lights are on or off. That’s very helpful. My only complaint, and I know it is unreasonable, is that I would like some sort of indicator light on the back remote switch to show whether the lights are on and off. That’s such a quibble on a well-made, high value product like this.

Scheduling is missing on this product on app. Update firmware or should declare on description.
SmartLife compatible, so not needed use Dewenwils app. I try both but same.Big missus point is only on/ff and timer on app’s function, does not do scheduler.Application home thumbnail view does not have micro on/off button or shortcut as other switch’s .On app homepage icon is odd black external dimmer switch not even close real this switch shape. It is half smart dimmer switch because there is no essential scheduling function.

DEWENWILS Wireless Dimmer Switch – Works Well
I insalled the ‘DEWENWILS Wireless Dimmer Switch’ in a kitchen 3-way light configuration. The circuit was not wired for 3-way operation, so this wireless switch was a good choice to make the circuit a 3-way system. The kitchen lights were wired to one switch, although there are two entrances to the kitchen.I simply replaced the old switch with this wireless switch, and then mounted the remote switch to the other entrance to the kitchen. Now, there is a light switch at two points rather than one. Also, the remote switch mounts as a regular light switch due to the magnet on the back of the remote. The remote can be on the wall, or easily removed to carry with a person. Very easy to adhere to the wall due to the magnetic feature.Has been installed now for two weeks and is working well. The switch is being used with 6- LED (7″) kitchen lights that are on the same circuit.

Installed with no issues, except that I wanted to connect a neutral too! 😉 Dims my halogen light as I wanted. Looks like unusual grounding to me, but I’m not an electrician.Update: I used another unit on a LED circuit – same good performance!
PurpleMystic8 –
These Dewenwils Dimmer Switches are very good in fact our electrician who installed it said it was good quality and a great price as compared to other name brands. The button feels very smooth to press on and off and we’re enjoying the dimming ability of our track lights so much better now.
