Works but confusing
It serves its purpose and works but I get confused sometimes on how its suppose to be placed on stud to bend the board. Also sometimes it slips on pressure treated or smooth studs which causes the tool to sleep which can be annoying. But overall it has been durable and served its purpose

You gotta get it just right to work.
With this design there is an issue. The 2 pins that should create a pinch point and hold to the stringer slips more often than not. When it does catch, it works great. The manufacturer should have welded a bead or something rough on the inside so it would have a little bite to it and it would have worked perfectly.

Poor performance.
If you have much decking to install go ahead and pay more for the tool. This one will work but it requires a lot of position changing and slips 75% of the time. Its not useless, but close to it.

Great tool used it all summer building decks. One of the pins bent applying a lot of pressure to straighten deck board but it was easy to replace and everything was as good as new. Rated it a four star because of the pin otherwise totally satisfied.

it worked could use a longer handle and seemed like it wasn’t made very strong . Felt week when straightening out 2×6 and 2×8

The product made a mess of the joist tape applied correctly to the joists. It stretched and bunched the tape up making it impossible to get a level area for next deck boards.
