I purchased this set of CHARKEE 6-inch ultra-thin LED wafer lights this month and have installed them in both the living room and other rooms. Their brightness is exceptional (1050LM) and really brightens up the entire space. The biggest surprise is how easily these ultra-thin, canless lights install, even when encountering joists or trusses in the ceiling, while still sitting perfectly flush. Additionally, the 5CCT adjustable color temperature (2700K-5000K) and dimmable features are very practical. They are energy-efficient and come with the necessary certifications. I plan to buy more to replace the other outdated lights in my home.

I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this large set of recessed lights. I am redoing all the lighting in my house so I ended up getting two different sets of these from two different brands. My thought process was to compare the two and really see if there was enough of a difference in quality to spend more money on a supposed “better” light set. I was actually very impressed with these when they arrived. First of all, they were very well packaged. Arriving undamaged was one of my main concerns, so seeing how protected they were impressed me. The quality of the lights is actually excellent – they’re well made and will definitely last a good long time. The springs that snap them into the Sheetrock will provide a good snug fit. They have several options for brightness levels and the instructions are easy to follow. All in all, these are great lights that are perfect for the do-it-yourself’er!

If you’re looking for a replacement for recessed lighting, this is it. I have ordered many different types of led lights only to be disappointed by something. Other brands were always too dim or an awful kelvin temp. These are such high quality. They are bright without being blinding, they are dimmable, you can pick the light temperature, and they are so easy to install it is crazy. They even came with the components neatly packed in the light connector box. Overall, huge win. Highly recommend!
