Outstanding faucet but also buy the 1.25″ sink tail piece
Beautiful faucet and installed easily. As shown in the picture, it comes with the vessel sink pop up drain stopper without overflow. However, mine didn’t come with the 1.25″ sink tail piece which is the very bottom section of the drain stopper. (It wasn’t that it was missing from the box, there was nowhere in the foam cutouts in the box for it to fit.) Not a big deal getting one, just have one with you before you start installing it. I ordered it online as my local hardware store didn’t carry the 1.25″ sink tail piece, only the 1.5″ sink tail piece. Could have probably found one at the big box home stores but that’s a 20 minute drive and I have Amazon Prime..

We loved this faucet when we got it
We loved this faucet when we got it. It looked beautiful! However, after about 4 months we noticed the top looked like it had hard water spots on it. The spots would not come off. Upon inspecting more closely we noticed it was not water spots but the finish on the faucet had started to come off. It is getting worse and now I noticed the finish is starting to come off on the spout as well. I tried to look for a way to contact the seller but could not find a way to do that. Very disappointed as it looks like I will have to purchase another faucet because this one looks bad with the finish peeling off.I did get a hold of the seller via email. They were quick to respond and said they are sending me a replacement faucet.I am changing my 1 star to a 5 star because they sent me a new faucet and drain. Both look great! Going to give this another shot if it starts looking bad again, I will edit my review. I am hoping that the first faucet I got was defective and I will not have any problems with this one. It really is a beautiful looking faucet…I am happy they responded quickly and sent me a replacement. Great customer service!!!

Super Strong Water Pressure
We love this faucet on our new vessel sink. It looks great and was easy to install. The only negative I would mention is that the water pressure is VERY STRONG, which causes splashes all around the sink/vanity and on the backsplash. The water flow is also loud. But I’d rather have too much pressure than not enough. Just learn the “sweet spot” on how much pressure you like and be prepared to wipe water spots off of the hardware and surrounding area. But overall, great value for the money.

A little noisy but I love it!
I love this faucet! It was a great addition to the updates in my bathroom.Pros:➕ Beautiful and adds luxury to the bathroom!➕ Easy update to help give your bathroom modern update, yet also has a rustic type feel!➕ Easy to install➕ The Oil Rubbed Bronze is a great match to my other ORB fixtures of different brands➕ The push drain is awesome!!➕ Easy to clean, especially with a microfiber cloth for the water residue➕ I love the smooth finish, it’s beautiful and feels nice, too!Cons➖ It’s loud when it’s on low➖ It splashes a little while it’s on high if you wash your hands where the stream flows out more “narrow” (which to me is the natural spot to wash my hands in). So I try to wash higher up in the “wider/flatter” part of the stream, toward where it comes out of the faucet, or turn it on lower and deal with the noise level lol.➖ It shows water drops fairy easy and you naturally splash/drip on it when you turn it off, so the water droplets accumulate quickly. We have a water softener and it still shows the water marks from the drips/splashes. It is easy to clean though, so that’s good, just something I notice more now since it’s still new.➖ The oval cover plate it came with was too small for my old 3 hole faucet that had been there, so I ordered a separate one that is 10″ long rather than the ~6″ one it comes with. I have a picture to show. Most people probably don’t have that issue, but my old faucet had 3 separate holes that were spread far apart, so the separate one was needed.➖ There is occasionally a drop of water that pools up on the faucet after shutting it off. I’m not sure how negative that is, but thought it was worth mentioning. Since it’s brand new, everything is more on my radar right now 🙃Overall I really love it and am so glad I went with the closed one rather than the ones that are open. I imagine those would get dirty fast with water marks, toothpaste, etc. This seems easy to clean, overall. I do wish it were quieter and that it didn’t splash quite as much when it’s on high, but I do still love it and am will be ordering another for my guest bathroom. It’s luxurious and different, even though it has a few quirks. I guess nothing is perfect! It’s worth the quirks though! 😁I hope this helps!

Heavy, sturdy and easy to install
We bought 2 of these faucets to replace 2 high end faucets that we bought 6 years ago which turned out to be totally worthless. Based on reviews of this faucet and the price, we went with this style. I am pleased to say that this faucet exceeded all of my expectations. Very heavy, sturdy and beautiful. We installed them today with just a little learning curve on the first one, the second took less than 15 minutes! The water runs very fast at full blast but is easily controlled with the handle. We had shopped at our local hardware stores and were not happy with the poor quality of vessel faucets at expensive prices. So getting 2 for less than the price of 1 is an added bonus.

WAY BETTER THAN THE BIG BOX STORES!!!
Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this great faucet that is better priced, better manufactured, and a greater WOW factor than those you would find in the big box stores!! I had just installed a faucet the day before that I had purchased at 50% off from my local big box…then I saw this one!! Was less expensive than the one I got a “deal” on, and it even came with supply lines (an additional $12 savings)!! I purchased one for each of my bathrooms, and promptly returned the “deal” I got from the big box. This beauty came lovingly packaged in it’s own little protective stocking 🙂 (see pic ) . Directions were simple step by step photos – right up my alley. Took all of 10 minutes to assemble and another 10 minutes for this 57 year old, self-taught, handy-woman, to install. If your old faucet is as old as mine, it will take you far longer to disconnect that rusty old relic. Seriously – you won’t be disappointed!!
